I feel so sorry for poor Maxi. She started to believe in herself, stand up for herself and to be laughed at so mercilessly for something that it's not her fault.

Wow!! That was an intense chapter!! I was holding my breath like Maxi while Riftan was defending her. Poor Ulyseon, he did his best and feeling he failed to protect Maxi was hard on him 😢. Don’t worry Ulyseon, we know how a wonderful future knight you will be!! Wow! The tension and still missundertandings between them is killing me!! I hope this situation helps then open up and have a heart to heart conversation.

Once again, I am here to ask Maxi and Riftan to ~communicate~ I know it isn't unrealistic for people feeling deep shame to try to hide it from other people, but it's agonizing knowing that if they'd just talk to each other they'd save themselves all kinds of heartache.

I understand Riftans frustration, Maxi is the most precious thing to him and he feels like he doesn't deserve her making huk always question if she happy with him. and I hate the continued miscommunication, uuuhhhggg just say the magic words!!! I'm really loving this series and I hope it ends with them both happy and lots of kids. but AAAAHHHH the suspense

I really need to read Riftan's point of view. I'm glad Maxi stood up for Riftan and vice versa. riftan really loves maxi more than anything even if he has trouble communicating it.

i wish i can also read what other characters are thinking.. maxi had come a very long way since she unites with riftan to anatol.. that barbaric dare to embarass maxi with her stammering.. i agree that riftan should duel with him and cut his filthy tongue😑😑
