I can get down with this. the fact you stated early on it will take decades to get to dumbles and voldies level is fun but I would have picked and earlier time period for that very reason not including the fact as a muggleborn you can gain more fake and power before then but since you are adopted that doesn't matter too much but the veela genetics are gonna cause some rough times in Slytherin but from what I can tell he's gonna want to put many people in there place from his personality and for just picking the snakes lol.

Looking good, very interested in how he is going to handle being in Slytherin and being muggle-born.

Now this is interesting! Don’t think I’ve read a fanfic where the MC is a veela, part veela in this case but a veela nonetheless. I’m guessing he has full control over his allure. Perhaps an encounter with Fleur, or any other veela, would be fun to read. Thx for the starting chapter, looking forward to reading more!
