I don't really get it: the child is his, there should be no legal basis for grandparents to take the child, so it's not like he has to explain himself, he can just say 'No'. So what if he's single, he can refuse to separate from his child... or is there something in the Chinese law that allows the grandparents to claim custody of a child when parent is present? Does anybody know?
True! His ex-wife was the one that cheated and left him and their son. Since they’re already divorce they pretty much have nothing to do with each other anymore. So he’s not obligated to hide her infidelity from her parents. He should just be truthful and tell what really happened. It’s useless to hide…sooner or later they’ll find out anyway.
