Monster’s keeper

I wake to find myself in a void endless darkness stretching off on all side as I begin to stir a figure begins to form in front of me I stay silent as I watch this unfolding before me unable to fully grasp how this was happening or I guess more accurately what was happening

As the figure before me fully manifest it eyes me down before beginning to speak though at first seemingly not talking to me and just ranting to the nothingness that surrounds us" Ah so your the one he chose this time we still don't understand how he chose who to send on these journeys but at least the provide entertainment for us. Now onto business I'm here to reincarnate you and before you ask yes you are dead you died in your sleep I'm sure it was peaceful not that it affects me either way so where was I... Ah yes you will be reincarnated depending on where you reincarnate will determine what you can wish for so you have the floor"

Flabbergasted I'm left confused for longer I probably should has I can see the entity seemingly growing impatient so I quickly answer "I want to reincarnate into the TRPG series 'Thrilling Intent' as a hired adventurer alongside Marcus at the start of the series."

The entity thinks for a moment before speaking "I'll allow you to pick a class and modify it within reason and I'll let you pick your background before sending you on your way so quickly decide."

I quickly decide on what I want and begin with my response to the entity "I want to be a monster tamer I want to be of magical origin but because of my monster taming ability my magic was corrupted and now while I do have magic it can only be use as pure magic and to feed, strengthen, and heal my monsters/familiars after an incident I left my homeland and ended up in Meadshire working as a animal tender, my name will be Alexander Harleaux. Additionally I'll be able to store my monsters in a pocket dimension so I can call on them when I need them."

The entity responds quickly " easy enough I wish you the best and do try to keep us entertained for a while or else all this effort will go to wast and that would be such a pain to see everything crumble to a few uninteresting events"

With that my vision begins to blacked and I start to fade from the void that I had only so recently come to know as it fades fully I begin to be hit with memories of my new body up in until the point in which I asked to be reincarnated to the start of my adventure is about to begin.
