This is too melodramatic. Veteran ninjas losing their patience over and over again and MC preaching them life lessons. Hiruzen, Kakashi and now even Hiashi. Yes, Naruto did talk jutsu too in canon, but it felt earned after long fight and struggle. Here MC just preaches. It doesn't feel earned at all, because nothing happened that led to it.
