After Janet hung up the call with Jasmine, she went back to sit with Sue.

"Is everything alright with Mina?" Sue asked with a worrying face.

Janet looked at Sue, and she saw a caring, loving sister. She saw a pure, honest sisterly love to Jasmine as if she were her sister by birth. Janet smiled at Sue and asked an unexpected question, "Sue, do you really consider yourself Jasmine's sister? Do you love her?"

Sue widened her eyes, and she answered, "Mother, Jasmine is my sister." Sue's eyes wandered on Janet's face, trying to understand why she asked this weird question.

Janet ruffled Sue's black straight hair softly and said, "Sisters do their best to ensure each other's happiness, Sue. Will you please promise me to always look after Jasmine and stay with her no matter what?"
