I am assuming whatever Markus did, he felt it was best to protect Kizy and having an inkling she would go off the deep-end especially after they finally admitted their feelings and connected, he put in place people who could help her, guide her, and know when she would need to take a break. I feel Victor's outburst is partial anger towards Markus for making Kizy so stressed and mostly anger towards himself for not seeing Kizy's plot all along as they are family and literally have been through life and death situations together.
