There are ways for Jon to spread his seed among westeros. Just one night stand which lead to having kids, don't forget that just that one night stand being unforgettable. Don't act like this cannot happen, Robert did it and even though they came with consequences. Jon is completely different person. If he did do it, I generally believe because of his godly Physique and being giant means also slong. He'll be a hurdle in the bed room sparring. It won't be one of them, "I'll allow it because I can't satisfy you BS" They'll be jealous and probably in return because of Jon being the most ideal man, they will definitely yearn for his attention even more. Women are weird creatures, but I can say for sure that Women love men which rebel and do the complete opposite of what they want. Relationships can get boring, such is why women cheat including men. So someone you can't hold down will never be boring.

Daenerys is okay, but it's too common. I think having Margaery Tyrell as love interest will make it more interesting, as there are almost non existent Jon x Margaery.

Some ideas: Daeynaryius and margery tyrell as queen (one of essos one of Westeros) and Ygritte and missandi as mistresses maybe dacey Mormont as well. As for development make the north strong like introducing new farming techniques, new alcohol, and ice for trade. Revamp the castles and forts rebuild moat cailin and reinforce the wall and build a new castle in the new gift and have good arranged marriages for the stark kids to rebuild and strengthen northern ties wylla manderly for Rob, alys karstark for Rickard (with new gift as future house territory), and lyanna Mormont for bran (moat cailen as house of power). Help evacuate the more civilized wildling and giants that aren’t cannibals and complete savages and give them territory somewhere in the north like Skagos if you clear it out or somewhere else that’s isolated but still south of the wall so they don’t feed the ice kings numbers, Find a way to get ride of and Robb house Bolton, Roswell, Whitehall, and Dustin since they’re not loyal to stark but The Bolton’s poison theft, and assasination work. Send people and letters to daenaryius in essos on who he is and a joint plan to rule both essos and Westeros how she did in cannon works but whiteout Dothraki help, maybe have a vassal infiltrate and take it over the hords for them so she doesn’t have to marry drogo and conquer more territory their and better consolidate power with good reforms and new business. Etc. those would be my plans if I was in GoT and may give you Some ideas. Daenaryius number one waifu though and margery two and missandi three if I had to pick a order.

You should give him a ability to create Magical animals like True Dragons (not wyvern like in GOT), Griffins, Manticores, Unicorns, Pegasus, Sphinx, Phoenix, Kraken, Basilisk etc. from the existing animals for his army and himself
