A Special Contract

"What do you think of my proposal now that you remember me, Yu Yan?" Long Ying changed his way of addressing. There was no way he wanted to dress his woman as if he was addressing a stranger.

Yu Yan looked at Long Ying. Even though the feelings she thought she had forgotten started to resurface, she tried to keep her calm.

"But will I be a trouble to you?"

"Not at all." Long Ying laughed heartily. He had already become the leader for some time and certainly he had built his gang to be even stronger. If his enemies wished to mess with him, he would instantly destroy them to the point that they wished they were never born.

"I…"

"I can help you destroy your family but I want you," Long Ying repeated his request calmly.

Yu Yan's face turned red. She always knew that Long Ying was a little rascal even back then and got attracted to him from the moment they were seated as desk mate. Looking at his face that had matured over the years, Yu Yan made a decision.

She had already failed two relationships because of her sister. This time, she would be in another relationship because she wanted to destroy her family and the partner would be the person whom she used to love but didn't dare to confess.

'Don't be a coward, Yu Yan.'

"Alright, I can agree but I have a request," Yu Yan finally decided.

Long Ying gestured for her to continue. "I'm listening."

"I wish… you can respect me for my decision."

The guards, who were standing at the side: "…" you're asking a hooligan to respect you?

However, they didn't dare to say anything out loudly. For some reasons, they felt that their Boss was very different and maybe have a completely different reaction?

"Alright." Long Ying didn't think that it was anything difficult. Respect was something very basic that he knew. Besides, he would always respect what his woman said because he wished for her to be happy more than anything else.

Yu Yan was stunned then smiled. "Thank you."

"Since you have already agreed, I would like you to sign this."

"Ok."

Long Ying took a paper out and put it on the table. Yu Yan was surprised, thinking what was this man doing carrying contract paper with him all the time. She was about to sign without thinking when she noticed the word at the top.

Her hand paused.

"Long Ying."

"Yes?"

"This is marriage registration form?"

"Yes."

Yu Yan's lips trembled. What do you mean 'yes?' He was carrying something like this with him all the time? Did he want to get married so badly?

Not only Yu Yan, the guards felt that they had received the biggest blow today. Just who… who in the world would be carrying a marriage registration form all the time with him? Their Boss surprisingly… carried it?

It was still empty, though.

Long Ying looked at Yu Yan and arched his eyebrows. "What kind of contract will be more binding than a marriage?"

Yu Yan: "…" we've only met again after 8 years and you want me to sign marriage with you right away?

Seeing Yu Yan's hesitation, Long Ying furrowed his brows. "Or do you have someone else you want to marry?"

"No." The answer came right away as Yu Yan truly didn't have anyone she could think of. If she saw her first boyfriend, she would only ignore him because he was no longer an important person. As for her second boyfriend, she wished that she could burn him with her sister if possible so that their 'love' will be eternalized.

She was so disgusted just by the thought that he was the same person who had been spending time with her all this time.

"Then, why are you hesitating?"

Yu Yan raised her head and looked at Long Ying. He no longer looked like the immature brat she used to know back then. However, the same aura, voice, and also attitude that she was familiar with was with her.

"We just met and…"

Long Ying arched his eyebrows and looked at Yu Yan. "Well, I can certainly draft a new contract for you if you want. However, destroying Yu Family will take some time if you wish to be the one to personally dealt with them. Being my woman will give you some protection in the underworld."

Yu Yan was stunned. She looked at Long Ying in disbelief because she didn't expect him to still knew her so well. It was easier for her to just pay and asked someone to help her deal with her family. But if she wished to be the one to deal the blow to them…

It would indeed take some time.

Closing her eyes for a moment, Yu Yan pursed her lips. "There's another mine that I can get after I got married. I'll transfer it to you too."

"Alright," Long Ying readily agreed. He didn't care much about money and even though he wanted her to fall in love with him, he would take it slowly. First, he had to bind her by his side first.

He didn't want some random men to steal her away.

"Thank you." Yu Yan took a deep breath.

She had loved him for three years before they went their own way but never said it to anyone.

Could she love him again?

'Well, three is my lucky number. I'll just give it a go.'

With that in thought, Yu Yan signed her name and passed the form back to Long Ying but he didn't accept it. He was looking at her playfully. "Why don't you help me fill in the details?"

Yu Yan arched her eyebrows. "Are your phone numbers and contact information still the same as before?"

"Ah, I already changed them. I'll fill it myself and you can fill the rest."

"Ok."

The pen started to move as Yu Yan filled both her information and Long Ying. Upon seeing her writing everything neatly, Long Ying's lips curled up to form a smile. She still remembers.

All the small details that they talked about back then… she still remembers.

After filling all the information, Yu Yan passed the form to Long Ying and watched him as he filled the rest. Her eyes were glued to the phone number and Long Ying silently passed his phone to her.

"Put your phone number inside."

"Okay!"
