Alright seems I made it unclear I apologize. Basically he is a game character right now. Currently he's playing a game. His real body is unconscious on Zuko's ship. His consciousness is in the game. Controlling the main avatar his elven character. Think Overlords DMMORPG. Imagine yourself playing a game, but while you're playing you become the main character and when you stop playing, you go back to your own body. Hope that helps
