Living to the Fullest in the World of Naruto (COMPLETED)

"Are you sure about this? Once I inject this you will die." announced a tall man in doctor clothes and round glasses

"Yes doctor, I am too tired of this suffering...And a few days more would just be more painful." I responded in a weak voice while I rested on a hospital bed

"And mom, sorry I couldn't live long enough to get you grandkids...And please even if you lost everyone, live. I know it will be hard at the start but you are still young, find someone you can love and continue living...For me." I mumbled facing her who was holding my hands and couldn't stop sobbing

"...I-I know but, it shouldn't be like that...As a parent I should die before my child...Why is it so unfair, after all, you are the only one left with me...Why..." she weakly answered

"I don't know...But dying now is better for me than wait for my death painfully, you know it right?"

"I know...I love you..."

"I love you too mom." I said before resuming "Doctor, I'm ready please do it."

"Alright, 3...2...1-"

"So this is it huh? Finally."

It was all I could mutter as I was now floating in a completely pitch-black place. I guess this is the border between life and death? Not fancy at all.

"You seem rather calm after dying young one." Said a powerful voice resonating in my head.

"well, not to be depressive but I yearned for death to come sooner."

I died in my hospital bed, my body was aching to an almost unbearable point.

This was caused by bone cancer, I was diagnosed too late and the tumor was already subsisting in almost every inch of my body, the fact that I was only twenty meant that it was spreading at an alarming rate to the point I attained stage IV too fast.

You know when you lost your father and grandmother to different cancer and discover later that you too are afflicted, you kind of feel like it was your destiny.

"So, where and who are you?" I said right before seeing an old man with one sick of a beard in complete white clothing, making him stand out, appearing all of the sudden in front of me.

"I am what your people call God." the old man declared.

"Mmh, glad to meet you I guess?". I said not sure what to think about it.

"You are not at least intimidated or excited about it?" responded the now self-proclaimed God.

"I read too much fanfiction. Anyway, why did you bring me here before you?" I said making his eyebrows twitch at the first sentence.

"All life must pass before me when dying so I can guide them to the afterlife or somewhere else..." He said, raising my interest even if he sounded like an NPC explaining the world history in a game tutorial.

"Somewhere else? You are reincarnating people?" I promptly let out.

"Not exactly young one, all soul can choose to be reborn, with some exceptions and rules of course." He calmly replied.

"I hope I'm not in those exceptions right?" I said with joy, this could be interesting.

After all, if I could have a new life full of enjoyment it would be what my mother wishes me to have.

"Yes you can be reborn in any fictional world from your previous li-"

"Alright I'm in ROB!" I said interrupting him.

"...You are not the first nor the last who named me like this." ROB mumbled in a slightly annoyed tone.

"Anyway, like all souls deciding to be reborn, you will only have a single wish and cannot be reborn in your previous world no matter the timeline." continues ROB.

"Only one wish? Do I get to keep my memories at least?" I let out a bit disappointed, I strived for a new life where I could do whatever I want...If I can have it but without knowing my previous shitty life it would be a shame.

"No, you have to wish for it." he answered and as I started to open my mouth he continued "And no, you cannot wish for more wish and don't ask me for a paper and a pen or you will be sent with only the paper in a random world without any memories and a random appearance because it will be considered as a wish."

So someone already did him dirty with wishing what he just wrote on the paper huh.

Now I am in a pinch, I could wish for some broken power but without recollections of my curr- already past life, it would just mean I lived not long and in pain for nothing...

But then I remembered something that could get me out of this dilemma, something I did a while ago when I was still a kid who enjoyed role-playing anime characters.

I smirked as memories were getting back in my head before announcing "My wish is to have what's written on my high school diary starting at the page called 'Cool power'."

Now don't get me wrong, I was not a chuuni I swear on the great dark demon lord of doom!

ROB said dumbfounded surely because he saw what was written in it "You...I cannot comprehend why you would write something like this, it's so...Childish? Did you expect reincarnation while still being alive?"

Hey hey, I take this remark badly ROB!

"What can I say I was still a kid alright? But either way, you did not say it was against the rule right?" I exclaimed.

"It is not, yet at least, but...You sure wrote a lot of things, they're making yourself overpowered already, tell me what will you do with it?" Announced Rob making me smirk.

"I want to experience life to it's fullest, I couldn't do it in this one, those wish will work as an assurance of some sort I guess." I answered.

"Alright then, you even wished to choose your world, timeline, body, and even a backstory..." Rob declared before continuing "I will send you somewhere alone to let you choose all of this, time isn't an issue to you now that I granted your wish..."

"Thank you then, see you not later!"

"Young people these days...Your wish has been granted already, now get out of my sight." Rob declared while moving his arms creating a powerful force throwing me in a portal he just created.

"Now I have another rule to add for all the future beings that choose to be reborn..."

In a matter of seconds maybe, I was transferred to another place that still looked completely dark.

"He could've at least be gentle with me, after all, it was my first time..."

Traveling to another dimension of course.

Now I know that this dimension works like a hub for me, every time I'm here I can travel between worlds."

This was because of one power I had written, which is the possibility to travel between worlds by accessing my new personal dimension.

"Anyway I should thank my younger self for being a chuuni...How embarrassing."

Without further ado, because of my newfound powers, I can start my new life by choosing a world.

It didn't take so much time as I already knew which one I wanted to start in.

I choose the Naruto world as the first one.

Then for the timeline...I will be born the same year as the Sannin, no reason at all I swear!

Though it's better because I have a lot of time before the wars and the canon.

Now for my parents...I guess I should have an Uchiha father and a Senju mother, I could explain why I am so strong later on with bloodlines like that and get something obvious later on.

Of course, because I don't want another parental attachment, the father is only known by my mother and is 'presumed' dead, and the mother will die from exhaustion after giving birth to me.

I guess one of my other listed power is affecting me, not caring about the life and death of others.

Maybe hypocrite from me but I wrote to have complete control over my emotions but at the same time I had great acting to compensate for some lack of reactions.

For the name...A Japanese name is an obvious choice in this world, it would be weird to be called Bob Senju or something, I mean for example if you are born on the planet Vegeta you have to be named after a vegetable, have some respect.

I suppose I will go with Yuichi Senju in this world.

Finally, for the body...I will go with Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII.

Handsome, tall, strong-looking, and fabulous.

But for the eyes...I want the Tenseigan, they are mostly unknown, only by certain Ōtsutsuki.

Yes, I can give myself anything, it's like I'm creating a character without limitation.

I will be able to possess every power existing in the world I will currently be in, the Tenseigan will serve as an excuse to explain how I can use any chakra type and so many kekkei.

But to make it more fun, I will not make myself to the highest level of being present in there.

I will need to train, develop my Jutsu, and find multiple combinations of elements.

I will furthermore not be able to use all of the Tenseigan power, just the Byakugan aspect of it until I'm old enough because I know they have the potential to be broken.

I can seal my abilities whenever I want to.

This is it, I can now prepare to rejoice in my new life, I will hopefully make a lot of encounters and have some fierce battles.

"Alright, Naruto world, here I come!"

I was right now taking my new surrounding pretty badly because I became a newborn who felt air and light for the second time, well first time realizing it.

The first thing I saw is the nurse who was looking worryingly at me.

Guess I need to have my first cry or else it will only be weirder.

"WAAH WAAH WAAH."

How perfect my wailing is...Maybe not the nurse is still looking strangely at me.

"...Congratulation miss, it's a healthy boy!" said the feminine voice currently holding me with a slightly doubting expression.

"Let me..take my son in my arms one last time." answered a tired voice, damn I know I said she will die from exhaustion, poor girl...You did well.

"Your name will be Yuichi, Yuichi Senju, I'm sorry mommy...won't be there for you...But someone will take care of you...in my stead..." She said before slowly closing her eyes and having her last few breaths as she was still holding me tenderly.

The nurse or I guess medical-nin took me from my mother's arms and left the room, she seemed to be in a hurry.

She then stopped near someone, and said "You will take care of him right? She already knew she won't survive the labor and consulted you before."

"Of course, she was a good friend of mine even if we did not see each other in a while, and he will hopefully be a good big brother for our future child soon to be born." Said a rough voice.

As I felt like an item being traded, he wrapped me in clothing and carried me to his house.

And then I realized too late my situation, I was just born you know, so I had to deal with the infant stuff...

"Fuck." was all I could mutter while the man put me on a bed as it was already late in the night.
