Really hard to look at his mother and grandfather with respect with such and irrational & petty mindset. She is angry at him because he broke through in his palm technique and not the movement technique? His grandfather is disappointed in him for a single mistake? The speed he is learning is already insanely fast. As for her thinking he is not taking training the technique seriously that a loads of bs considering how hard he is training every day. Her irrational anger over his progress already far greater than her or his grandfather could get close to even just lead to her potentially severely injuring him if he didn't have a breakthrough just now. After that she shamelessly acts like she did it to help him but her reason was because she felt he wasn't paying attention and was already angry so she lashed out. there has yet to be a character in this novel that i really like.. mc is not acting in front of his mom and grandpa but he truly is childish in his mind when he shouldn't be. His mother is as annoying as most of novel women.. i hope other women will not be same. his grandpa seems like a guy who bows in front of every woman.
