Chapter 1Dr. Glass's Log

Journal entry #2946

Another breach happened today. The Cayos Insurgency has started to become a bigger problem for all sites recently. They made it near SCP-2280 before being neutralized by the foundation. During this, SCP-105 had to be removed from her containment chamber, but her escort was killed in the raid. SCP-105 was found hiding in a hallway, presumably fighting CI before she was located. She allowed herself to be contained by foundation agents afterward. I'm proud of how far SCP-105 has come. About a year or two ago, she had tried to commit suicide using her abilities. Thanks to the Site 17 medical team, they managed to save her life. Afterward, she requested to start visiting the Site 17 counselor. Her request was granted, and she has even been given Lv 3 access again after a while.

She is even allowed to interact with a limited amount of the other SCPs in Site 17. She usually hangs out with SCP-073, also known as Cain. They seem to have bonded into good friends. I am a bit concerned about it though. It might pose a problem in the future. I wonder if I should report it to 05. I'll keep it to myself for now. I'll report it if it becomes more of a problem. But something about Iris- SCP-105, seems to have changed. Anyway, it doesn't seem anything too important right now. Maybe I'll talk to Jack about it. I heard he's coming for a visit in a few weeks.

End of Log.

Concrete prison walls encased the hallway. Prisoners sat in their cells. Some seemed depressed, some outraged. Some didn't seem to feel at all.

The door at the front of the hallway opened, brightening the place a smidge. Two figures entered. One was a guard of the prison. The other was a peculiar-looking man in a lab coat. His hair was black and messy, with a white streak running through it. Most of the prisoners looked up at the sudden entry. They walked past cell after cell, ignoring the insults and rude gestures that the surrounding audience made.

They finally stopped at one cell. It was dimly lit, with the small silhouette of a person hunched over on the bed. It was a girl with blond hair and stunning blue eyes. Her face held a defeated expression in its grasp. She didn't even bother looking up at the two guards as they approached her.

"Now remember," The guard whispered, "If she gives you any trouble, just call us in, Doctor Conwell."

"Thank you, officer," The man nodded, his gaze locked on the figure.

The guard banged on the bars, "Iris Thompson." The figure looked up as he continued to speak, "You seem to have a visitor. His name is Dr. Conwell. You'll cooperate or you'll be stuck here longer." Iris stood as the guard unlocked the door. He let Dr. Conwell walk in, "Alright, she's all yours Doc."

"Thank you, sir," Conwell waved to him as he closed the door and walked off. He turned to Iris. Her eyes narrowed as the doctor began talking.

"So you're Iris Thompson, right?" He pointed at her.

She folded her arms, "That depends. What do you want?"

Doctor Conwell cracked a smile, "I'm here to help you. Trust me."

She rolled her eyes, "All the other phycologists said the same thing."

"Well then, let's change it up a bit then. I would like to hear your side of the story if you wouldn't mind."

Iris was taken aback for a moment, "Ok, but it's not like it changed."

Conwell nodded, "Ok, please start."

"I was in my kitchen making myself some dinner," She started, ", while I was talking to Jason on the phone. I was excited to see him the next day. We had planned to go to the carnival together. I had a picture of him on my fridge. I touched it and it began to move."

"Like a video?" Conwell asked. When Iris nodded, he wrote something down on his clipboard, "Has this ever happened before in the past?"

"Well, sort of. I have an overreactive imagination, so many of my photos look like they're moving. But this time was different."

"How so?"

"Well, in the photo, I saw Jason talking on the other end of the phone. But in the window was this figure with a creepy mask on. I mentioned it to Jason when the thing broke in and attacked him... And..."

Conwell looked up from his clipboard. Iris had her hands over her mouth, tears streaming down her face. Sympathy flooded into his eyes like a stream, "Did anyone believe your story?"

Iris went silent for a moment, before saying, "Would I be here if anyone did?"

Conwell let a grin grow across his face, "Well, we believe you."

Iris looked up, "Who's WE?"

"I am with a foundation that protects humanity from the paranormal. I was sent to investigate your case, and it seems legit. We have a deal to offer you. You can either come with me and maybe avenge your boyfriend, or you can stay in here as Jason's supposed killer."

Iris gave Conwell a suspicious look, "I don't know, it's kind of hard to trust someone I just met 30 seconds ago, let alone someone with a skunk for a hairstyle."

"Well, it's not like you have any better options," Conwell spoke.

Iris paused, before taking a deep breath.

"Ok. I'm in."

Becoming The Admin Of A Dimensional Chuunibyo Chat Group Isn't Easy!

A man of unknown age and background died under unique circumstances, even his past being shrouded in a thick layer of mystery. He forgot everything about himself except for some 'memories' after he died and met an extremely muscular dog-eared man with a fluffy dog tail, ruining the fantasy of the man who adores fantasy so much, specially fantasy creatures such as beastkin, elves, and etc. It was an extremely disgusting sight, he thought. "Would bleaching my eyes remove this cursed image from my memory?" After receiving his reincarnator privileges, he embarked on his journey to reincarnation. Watch as Shirokami Shun, the Admin of a Dimensional Chat Group that mysteriously has only girls — and allows only girls — as its members. He is the only exception because the group chat is his. They travel to different worlds, gaining more unique powers and friends in the process. These journeys, although extremely fun in their own ways, were not without danger, though. …Especially when you have group members such as these guys. "I, the Great Archdemon, Queen of all Hell, shall conquer Earth! Ah-Hahahaha!" "Hah! I can see through your fake facade through my [Tyrant's Eye]!" "I'm the President and Founder of the Survival Club! There, we learn about things that we should do in case aliens, supernaturals, gods, or monsters invade our world!" "Hamburg-san~—" "—Is delish nodesu!" "Ehehe… I wonder if what I'm doing is correct? Umm… uuh… I'll buy this skill to not get hurt! I hate pain, after all." "*sigh*… Should I just change the name of this Dimensional Chat Group to Dimensional Chūnibyō Group…?" I'm extremely tempted to do so. Quest after quests, the group of wild cards and misfits will unknowingly do almost anything to somehow create troubles for themselves. From unknowingly provoking the villains to just acting like their normal selves and still somehow managing to create troubles in the process, this group will go around different dimensions to wreak havoc! Divided, they can't create too much waves. But together? They might as well send their résumé to the higher ups in order to become the next-in-line to becoming a God of Destruction or a God of Chaos. "EX—PLOOOOOOOOOOOSION!" "Wait, you're not supposed to be appearing here, you troublemaker!" "Hey Shun! Aren't you supposed to be my partner! Come back here in my dimension and help me manage the dungeon! Uh, never mind! Let's just go to another dimension and let us create a dungeon there!" "Which dimension are we going to now, Shun-san? Can I come? I want to make new f-friends!" Right… Why did I invite them in this group chat, again? Unknowingly, Shun got too used to the initial cast that he thought the girls he came across to and invited were all relatively normal in his eyes. Thus, the weird band of misfits continued to grow. ———————— Note: Don't expect a phenomenal quality of writing. I don't speak English during my daily life so expect some errors here and there. Wish Fulfillment System

After a long time, Isaac finally succeeded in transcending existence itself, something theoretically almost impossible. Or… he should have succeeded, had he really cut off all of his attachments and feelings, not just the ones connected to the world that he had lived in. In his ignorance, he hadn’t taken his attachments to worlds that he had deemed imaginary into account. Having been reminded of this fact, he found himself on the threshold to full transcendence. He had two choices: Either giving up these attachments as well to reach the goal that he had chased after for so long, or postponing doing so until later and using the byproduct of his attempt at transcendence - having turned into an omnipotent being beyond existence - to go on a journey in the infinite number of worlds waiting for him. To fulfill his last wishes and to meet the people that he had thought fictional before, Isaac used his newfound power on a single, tailor-made creation. The Wish Fulfillment System. This is a story about a number of lonely people trying to overcome their loneliness by sticking together, as well as the fates of the people connected to the system that Isaac created. --------------- My novel series "Reincarnation Cycle's Unfortunate Bug" on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYHGRR8M/ Discord Server: https://discord.gg/NdAjjmXSDh Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/sh1ro --------------- Hi there, Shiro/the author here.
