Two students a young man and a young woman are being besieged by a teacher and six staff of the disciplinary committee.

At first, the two groups just look at each other as if testing the waters on who would make their move first. However, the seven staff of the school seems to have lost their patience and began attacking.

Curt showed a panicked look in his eyes as he faces the seven people. With their esper power blazing and shining inside the small room, one could tell the obvious result at an instant.

However, something different happened.

Curt threw a small token at the young woman who is already hiding in a corner. Wendy saw the coin like stone token falling on the ground and a thin light suddenly surrounded her.

Shifting his weight, Curt's expression changed as he suddenly dodges to the side while the one with the lecherous look on his face sent a burning fist at him. The fiery fist barely gazes at his shirt when he suddenly sent a finger towards that man's shoulder.

Ka-cha!

The sound of bone cracking was heard as the man fell to the ground.

Curt did not have time to think of that man as another one is attacking him from his other side. This time it was a roundhouse kick coming to his right temple. The leg of that man was turned into stone and he knew that if he is hit by that powerful leg, he would surely suffer an injury.

He ducks to the ground and in the process sent his finger towards the groin of that leg.

The man feels a stinging pain as he could not put down his leg anymore. So instead the man fell to the ground while groaning in pain. On his next move, Curt is now facing two men who simultaneously deliver a punch to his face and a sweeping kick to his torso.

Curt could not feel the two using any LEP energy, so he decided to block both attacks.

Bam!

The collision of flesh and bones sounded through the air. However, as Curt blocks the attacks, he uses his knuckles to meet the side of the arm and the shin of the leg of his opponents. This immediately brought those two attackers immense pain.

After the four people fell to the ground, the three remaining people look at Curt with fear in their eyes. They now knew that they had offended a master in martial arts. This guy could fight them even without using any esper power, so how could they not feel afraid?

"Go all out!" shouted the teacher behind the two.

The two show hesitation in their eyes as they look at the teacher. Knowing their concern, the teacher showed a confident smile on his face.

"I will take care of the rest, just beat that bastard to death!"

The two did not hesitate anymore and suddenly charges towards Curt who stood calmly.

"Why are you doing this? I did not violate any rules of the school…" Curt said as he stood calmly while looking at the two figures charging at him.

"Blame your bad luck. You just offended someone you should not have offended." Shouted one of the men as he gathers energy on his palm and then suddenly sent it flying towards Curt.

In the short space of the private booth, that energy ball immediately arrives in front of Curt who suddenly disappears from where he is standing.

Bang! Arrgghh!!!

A cry of pain was heard as one of the fallen disciplinary committee staff was hit directly on his body. The man lost consciousness as his skin was turned black due to the powerful impact of the energy ball.

"You… you have offended the APE fraternity! It's time to pay!" shouted the teacher as he suddenly formed an energy blade from his hand.

However, as soon as he was about to launch an attack his arm was held by a powerful grip.

Ugh…

The teacher could not help but grunt in pain as he feels the bones of his hand almost breaking.

"You dare use the name of the APE fraternity for personal gain. You have guts… teacher." a deep voice calmly said.

Then the teacher and the other two froze in shock. They didn't know how another person could appear in this room, but knowing that voice, they knew that they have done something wrong. Suddenly, the three noticed that the barrier surrounding the room is already gone.

"The seven of you should report to the faculty and hand in your resignations… such a disgrace." A middle-aged woman said in anger.

"You should face the consequence of your sins…" another teacher who is standing outside said.

As the seven people were reprimanded, a tall and burly youth walks in front of Curt, and with a serious expression, he said.

"You have an exceptional fighting prowess. On behalf of the APE fraternity, I would like to apologize for their actions." He said nonchalantly as if he is just relaying a message.

Curt smirks knowing what is happening at this time. He then looks at the other people.

"Imprisonment… attempted murder, assault, and unlawful use of authority."

The words that Curt said made everyone froze.

In fact, those people that interrupted this fight are only here because the whole event was heard by the people inside the cafeteria.

It was as if there was a microphone connected to every room that they heard what's happening inside and the words said by the teachers and the disciplinary committee staff.

They are just here to save the face of the APE fraternity as the crime was already divulged in public. If this did not happen, they would not even care to interfere. But who would have known that such a thing would be shown to the public in all its ugliness?

"Young man, you were not hurt. Your companion is not hurt. Why push it this far? Show us some face..." the tall burly young man said as he glares at Curt.

"Haha… Do you think you can intimidate me?" Curt said with a chuckle.

The burly young man's expression suddenly changes. He is the assistant of the APE president in the school. Those who challenge his power have already been put in their place, and now an arrogant and innocent one is trying his luck.

How could he not get angry?

"Poldo… calm down." A voice commanded as a handsome young man appears on the door.

"I will make sure that you will have a satisfactory answer by the end of the day. Will that be okay, student?" Ryan Amista said as he put both of his hands behind him in a relaxing manner.

Curt saw that this person holds strong energy in his body.

"He must be that president guy." Curt thought as he smiles.

He turns around and then offered his hand to Wendy who is still hiding on the side. The two left the booth as if nothing has transpired as the students around them discuss what just happened.

Curt sent Wendy who is still a bit shaken by the incident to her class.

As he was returning, a figure suddenly appears on his path. It was the tall and burly young man.

"You dare to challenge our authority? What balls you have there, kid."

Curt did not bother with the guy and walks past him. As the two cross each other, Poldo suddenly said.

"Always watch your back…"

But Curt did not mind his empty threats and just lifted his hand. Then the idea dawn on him and he gave the bulky young man a finger.

"Mother f*cker!" Poldo muttered in anger as he saw the sign.

However, he could not do anything as he has to keep the image of the president in school. He just registered in his mind this offense and would retaliate later.

Suddenly an idea dawned on him as he remembers the school is going to have a school sports meet. At that time, it would not be too late to take his revenge for this insult.

From afar, Ryan Amista just crossed his hands and showed a faint smile on his face. He saw the exchange between the two and found the courage of the young man named Curt a bit amusing.

"Some people just won't learn until they experience a downfall," Ryan muttered as he turns around and also left.

That afternoon news of a teacher being kicked out of the school along with six staff of the disciplinary committee spreads through the school. Everyone was dumbfounded and learned from the rumors about the fight between them and a single student who is protecting a girl.

The male student is not familiar but the female was immediately known to the students. This is because Wendy can be considered as one of the school beauties. Out of all the beautiful females in the school, she could be considered as one of the prettiest. Hence her name was immediately known, however, who was that young man with her.

Everyone was immediately in a mood for gossip.

Meanwhile, right at this moment, the young man that everyone is looking for is currently walking outside the school towards the small convenience store. He did not see Jenny Mae today and just receive a text message that she has already left school.

Curt's feeling at this moment was elated. This is because at last, the communication between them is once again up and running.

He just grinned like a fool while walking towards the store.

After entering, he saw Boss Lan and his wife and greeted them both. He then greeted the other employees inside and directly went inside the backroom. From the backroom, there is a stair to the second floor where Curt's private laboratory was set up by Boss Lan.

As he enters the laboratory and was about to start working, he noticed that the ingredients are once again depleted.

"Sigh… I guess I have to go back to the forest tonight." Curt muttered.

He went back down to the store and talked with Boss Lan about the inventory. Upon discovering that he needs to get more ingredients this time, Curt did not hesitate to prepare to depart. The earlier he leaves the more he could harvest.

While leaving, unknown to Curt, a vehicle is silently following him from behind.

Inside the vehicle are seven people. The same people that were dismissed from work in the Esper College.

"I think that student will go out of the city." the former teacher of Curt said with a sinister smile.

"We could kill that brat in there. In that place, there's no need to hold back."

"No, wait… did you not see where he came from? That store…"

"Ah… the mysterious store."

"Maybe we can get some compensation after all…" the former teacher of Curt said as an evil grin appears on his face.
