This chapter was great in terms of Calhoun & Lucy’s growing relationship. He is looking out for Lucy from advising her to not confront her mother & Morganna about Amice & he is the only one to keep an eye on Lucy at the back of the hunt & saves her from the wolf. Calhoun is the master of the poker face, making comments with double meanings, lining comments with sarcasm, being blunt to cause awkwardness & uttering under his breath. Yet with Lucy, he seems different & without realising it, he is slowly fulfilling the role as protective older brother which I love! Also, Calhoun has found another relative to implicitly irk.... Markus 😂😂😂
