Haven't started reading this yet, even the synopsis I didn't even get a chance to take a good look at but judging by the title alone: COLOR. ME. SOLD!!! I'm always up for a good face slapping high jinks so when I see said verb in the title, let me bust out some popcorn and get my (blue light) glasses ready before I start reading this bad boy 🍿😎

One look at the title and a second look at the synopsis...and I’m sold. I’m so excited to read this! Hopefully it’ll fill my expectations or even exceed them!

I hope it gets picked. I really don't like to read the novels which are on what next list but it's synopsis was so intriguing that I can't stop reading. Definitely a must to read if you like strong FL.

I have read this until chapter 400 and I can testify that this is a better version of "madam you have been uncovered". Same genre of OP MC but other than that they have a different story development and it is written more considerately. The face slaps are not lengthy but overly satisfying. The main leads' personalities are sharp but not overly indulge and stable. The romance is subtle though there is a relief of courtship. Side characters are okay and there will always be a sense of anticipation for the next chapter even if there is no objective in the story. Overall, I highly recommend this book. This is worth reading though you have to appreciate the MC first since her character is not expressive and emotional type.

⚠️Spoiler Alert⚠️ This is only my personal view. You might be wondering why I would give such a good story a low rating. Yes, I admit that the story is really good but it's too similar to Ma'am You Have Been Uncovered. Not exactly the same but the concept almost 50-70% the same. This novel is still ongoing and the latest update is around chapter 700+. Meanwhile, Ma'am You've Been Uncovered already finished around March-April this year. Which point that are similiar? 1. FL (Gu Mang) is a genius and talented person who hides most of her ability and pretend to be a 'problematic teenager'. FL has the same cold, uninterested, lazy, short-tempered attitude but cares toward only those who are close to her. She has multiple identitie and abilities (top doctor, hacker, lawyer, high fighting ability, etc). She also knows so many big-shots in respective area. She presses down her irrability and agitated mood using lollipop and other sweet food (including milk tea). She also smokes😑. She's a white lotus sister too. 2. FL's bestfriend (Meng Jinyang) also had an accident back in her younger day. She saved by FL and FL did her best to saved her; physically and mentally. 3. ML is the same handsome, cold, mystetious, and only cares toward FL. He's also a big-shot that hides his real identity too. He smokes too 😑 4. The way the story progress is somewhat similar. It's not that similar but gave off the same vibe as MYBU. I'm just voicing my opinion and not accusing the author. Of course I will still read this story as it has my go-to genre.

Hmm. I doubt my comment will be viewed by many people but for those who do see this maybe you might be wondering why this rating is one of the lowest in a sea of 4.5 - 5 star reviews. The answer to that my friends is that this story is just so unrealistic lol. I honestly laughed more times than I could count on the sheer number of instances the author had to describe how “cool”, awesome, and bad*ss the FL was. Sure, the FL can be a strong and capable woman (who doesn’t love reading about them?) but c’mon now, does the FL have to be the best hacker, the best doctor, the best fighter, the best lawyer, etc.? Basically she has a variety of different jobs in various professional fields and she’s the best at all of them. With a snap of her finger all problems faced will be solved. If a character starts out too OP, it gives them a lack of dimension because they aren’t given situations to grow and develop in a way that is readers can relate to. This is just my PERSONAL OPINION though, please don’t get it twisted. I’m not discouraging people from reading this. In fact, I highly encourage people to read and form their own opinions on this. I’m just voicing my thoughts and you can respectfully disagree with them if you enjoy reading books with OP characters that don’t face any challenges because they are just so bad*ss. I might continue reading this, or I might not. Who knows.

How could this be so amazing! *Keeps reading till the end* I'm going to die, can't stop. Can someone give me my medicine please? Btw, my medicine = more chapters! _________ The story was so great. It kind of reminds me of the novel, maam you've been uncovered. The plot is very interesting. The story has many intriguing things going on that you can't help but keep reading more. The FL is an extreme beauty, lazy, charming, cool, and awesome! She's strong and got secret identities to look forward to. Also she's so mysterious, even we don't know much about her yet. The ML seems good too. He's interested in FL's secret identities and is searching her, not knowing that the girl he met and took interest in, is the one. Lol. The side characters are so sweet, cute, and hilarious Can't help but like them (Of course they are FL and ML's friends not some stupid antagonistic charas). The plot is going really well, and the face-slapping is satisfying. Can't help but want FL's identities to get out and make several jaws drop. 😂 I wish this novel would get selected. I really hope. This novel's got great potential. Do try to read it.

we need more books with strong independent non actress FL - but it should be non plagiarized books. everyone who read "ma'am you have been uncovered" - will understand me. too much plot lines are simply copied.

If the summary doesn’t pull you in…LISTEN…this has to be one of my top 5 if not my #1 favorite novel. Not only do the characters not have those annoying misunderstandings, they have great chemistry. The FL and ML have similar temperaments but let’s be real….the FL runs everything…she wears the pants in the relationship. Now I’m a sucker for the FL with many big boss identities gets in a relationship with big powerful rich boss guy and her identities are revealed and come for find out, she in fact CAN match up to her guys background. But in this one…it’s more like big powerful rich boss guy meets big powerful smart boss woman and it’s push and pull. The FL is not a pushover at ALL and it’s hilarious. 10/10 would recommend

Haven't started yet, but synopsis looks like My genius wife is a superstar. Which I dropped after a while since this wife can accomplish anything without a blink.. like all characters in that book did! Not sure if this is going to be similar!

So love this to read . cant wait to finish this...try this guys.. its really worth your time..too vad for me need to purchase coins to read all the chapter's..all i can do is to wait everyday for free

The only thing I have a problem with is the excessively repetitive descriptions of the looks in her eyes or of her lips. "hint of wickedness, cold harsh light, deep, dark cruel, menacing, etcetera..." Good amount of secondary characters given character so they don't all blend together. MC has many hidden cards to pop out in order to face slap anyone who bothers her. ML is happy to just follow a long while not being submissive to her.
