My guess from what i understand is that Zeke needs Alex’s help with the rebels. Alex told him earlier before the surgery tht before dying he will get rid of them all so tht zeke will uphold his part of the deal and do the surgery. I guess once he is done with the castle he will return and while abi is unconscious take out the dagger with her hand and she will forget everything 😢. I have never wished harder for myself to be wrong cuz this would mean Alex will die once the dagger is out 😫😫😫😫
