Countdown.

The timer ticks down from twelve to nine as our plan to take down the rogue side of the military since some of them didn't know that this is happening currently. I conducted some more "experiments" with the captured rogue soldiers as to provide me some test subjects to refine my medicine with, they may think that this is way harsh as a way of punishment. I told the agents that this kind of punishment is a way to help the others since they are testing my medicine for the plague and if they die from it they know that they did their part on saving the whole country from the plague, it's a win-win situation.

Some died from this punishment screaming for mercy and some died with honor since they work are as equal as a criminal on death-row. I remember executing these kinds of people, but since the justice system isn't always accurate I've executed many innocent criminals too and they were just accused of doing something bad and I can't do anything to prove their innocence since I'm just an executioner that executes their final fate of these criminals.

Sadly that's a job I passed on now since I fully became a doctor after those years of experience filled hell I once knew. It's sad really but I came across this one man in his middle-age and he was telling me things that why not go someone younger since he is at his borderline between the third day and fourth day but still I gave him my medicine and called a Tram to pick him up to be brought to the safe zone but before he left he said something that I remember from an old patient that came here and failed to get cured.

"Hey, you know that old man that came with you... He was my father you know and I understand that I guess he wasn't lucky during that time you tried to save him. I owe you my life for saving me from the plague I'll see you soon after this plague mess is over." After I heard that I reminded myself that failure is a process of improvement and I have gone through a lot of it so the improvement equals to a huge breakthrough since I've found many good things from my failures, like a new mixture for my medicine that is now compatible with many people and saved many lives.

Midnight strikes, fog is thickening time to move I guess. I prepared my tools for taking lives, I told myself that I will come home whole and with a smile for her. Since I am under the queen's order I can kill people that are against the order of the queen but I'm not the kind of person just kill a person just because that they don't want to follow the order of the queen because I'll ask them nicely then execute them if they have bad intentions of towards the queen since I am in debt of her...

Don't ask why yet, that's for a later time if I have enough energy to tell all the crap I've gone through with the queen I am NOT mad at the queen. It's a whole story for another day. After that small talk with the agents, I took down an enemy outpost just within the outskirts of Liverpool, of course, this isn't finished with any interrogation. After a shouty and agonized filled air we caught some more information about their attack on the main center with all of their captured patients that were infected with the plague.

Of course, our main course of action is making a raid that will prevent this from happening, were planning to attack them while every enemy is at the town center. It'll be a blood bath but that's the back-up plan our main plan is to get to infiltrate their location then caught them off-guard then take them down one-by-one so it'll be a cleaner entrance than just attack them all at once. Because that's dumb, and we want to lessen our casualties during this operation and make the clean-up a lot easier. After planning this we prepared our uniforms to blend in we maybe only a four-person team but if we do this correctly we'll take down them without worries.

The next day and the event are about to begin and we blend ourselves with the firing squad and as we prepare our aim the head officer screamed "Fire!" And we quickly changed our direction and started the gunfight many rogue soldiers had been killed that quick. They scrambled after that and thankfully the patients took notice and started to duck, we were returning fire both sides but the rogue soldiers were losing too many soldiers and we did stop them before they'd escape, I shot the commanding officer by his foot to prevent him from escaping from us.

And we captured him and brought him to London for further questioning and I cured the captured patients and transferred them to London for safety. After a lot has happened Liverpool became quiet again and I returned to check the status of the people that remained at Liverpool even though they are not infected so I gave them some extra medicine from time-to-time just in case since they made safe places under Liverpool.

I'm very happy that the people that stayed here were the people that knew me well since they knew that I went through tough times and even turned into an enemy of this town at one point, and look at me now... Saving people doing, dirty work again, having this much hope in this town makes me want to cure this town first of the plague, since that it's my turn helping this town to return to its former greatness... As I finish having a chat with the remaining people in Liverpool one of them is a guy I knew that help my former ally.

He gave me a notebook meant for me by "Her" I felt something heavy on my chest since it's been a long time since I last saw her handwriting and it's for me... I took the notebook back to my lab and felt very emotional that I couldn't work for the next three days... The title of the notebook is "For My Lover, Friend, Co-worker, and Saviour." By Helena Rose Carlton.
