"President..." Ash called gently, intending to remind her of the visitor.
"Ask Mr. Stanley to come in." She dismissed.
"Yes." The young woman left and led in a handsome man in the next moment. Since Shera asked her to stay and take notes if there were any, she took a seat on one of the two high back chairs opposite her boss.
"Good morning, president." The man greeted. He had even brought a bouquet of lilies out of courtesy. "I hope you can accept them. A bouquet as beautiful as you."
"Let's get down to business." Shera did not spare the lilies a glance and took out a folder seriously.
"President, the flowers…" the man pressed.
"Do I look dead to you?" she harrumphed.
"What?" The man was taken aback.
"Oh, I don't look dead. Then are you trying to rush me to my death?" She scanned him solemnly.
"Wait what? President, I don't understand."
