10x Cashback System

[Ding! 10x Cashback System activated.]

The blue screen hovered in front of me like it was being held up by invisible angels. I closed my eyes and shook my head. When I opened it, it was still there.

"What the fuck?" I muttered to myself. Then, I reached out and my hand touched the solid screen.

After verifying that it was in fact real and not a hallucination, I did what everyone who knew what a system is would do.

"Holy shit! Hallelujah!" I was never religious but a system? Fuck yeah. My eyes quickly scanned the floating blue box.

[Welcome, Nico Voss.]

[Your mission is to climb over your seven stepsisters and inherit your father's wealth.]

[The 10x Cashback System will assist you in accumulating wealth through seduction and interaction with 99 different women, known as Stamp Holders.]

I blinked at the screen in shock. "99 women?" I muttered. "That's insane."

[By seducing the Stamp Holders and sleeping with them, you gain their stamp, thereby, getting ten times their wealth.]

[Good luck!]

After I finished reading, a grin slowly began stretching across my face. I just hit the jackpot.

This had to be what people call a golden ticket! This was my shot. My advantage.

The original Nico might have been too timid to face his father and stepsisters, but with this system, I had the perfect weapon to fight back.

The sheer potential hit me like a ton of bricks. If I could seduce 99 wealthy women, I'd gain ten times their wealth and accumulate enough money to drown my stepsisters in cash. I wouldn't just catch up to them. I'd leave them in the dust.

The first step was simple. Use this system to build enough wealth to get my father's attention. From there, I'd make my way to the top, and I wouldn't just inherit his fortune. I'd surpass him.

Excitement buzzed in my veins, but reality soon caught up as I glanced down at my drenched, fully clothed body sitting in the bathtub.

"Right. First things first." I stood up, peeling off the wet clothes that clung to me like a second skin, and stepped into the shower.

As the hot water streamed down, washing away what remained of the old Nico, I began to plan.

My father, Logan Voss, was a man known for being ruthless when it came to his wealth.

He was known throughout the world for his uncanny ability to hold onto the lion's share of his net worth, even with four divorces, so I knew the man wasn't someone who would be easily fooled. Worse still, he wanted nothing to do with me.

And my stepsisters? They were the favored ones, his legal daughters, raised under his roof and nurtured by his wealth. Each of them had a foot in the door to his empire, leaving me with little more than scraps and handouts.

But with the 10x Cashback System, I wouldn't need his charity. I could carve out my own fortune and force him to acknowledge me. That was the key.

Once I had the money, I could pull myself into his inner circle, make myself indispensable, and then… take everything.

This was my second life, and I wasn't going to waste it being invisible.

As I stepped out of the shower, I moved to the large mirror on one side of the wall. I nodded at seeing my reflection.

I had dark hair and blue eyes. Coupled with my sharp jaw and tall frame, I was very handsome.

Fortunately for Logan Voss, I took most of my facial features from my dead mother. And fortunately for me, I looked the same as I did in my previous life. This had to be why I had been put in this body.

As I dried myself off and walked out of the bathroom, the towel fell from my hands and my jaws dropped.

It was as if I had entered another world. Honestly, I should've known by how big the bathroom was. Everything had just seemed normal.

The bedroom was bigger than some people's apartment with a king sized bed that had a bold gold-leafed headboard.

My memories of this place reasserted itself and my sense of shock faded away to leave behind indifference. I was Nico Voss and I saw this everyday.

Even with that, my sense of wonder still remained.

I knew that every furniture in the room was custom made and hand carved.

I knew that those curtains covering that wall actually hid floor to ceiling windows that gave a beautiful view of the compound and the city beyond it.

I knew I had an automated control panel by the bed that adjusts everything in the room from the temperature to the lighting.

I even had a private sauna attached to the bathroom.

My legs took me out of the bedroom to look out over the house and confirm what I already knew.

Glowing chandeliers, plush carpets, marble floors, everything about the house screamed wealth.

But I knew what it was. A gilded cage. A luxurious prison to keep me out of sight and out of mind.

I shook my head and stepped back into the bedroom, picking up the fallen towel and wrapping it around my waist.

It didn't take long for me to find the walk-in closet. The rows of clothes were arranged before me, but nothing stood out.

No designer brands, no luxury suits, not even those tshirts the rich wore that had no brand name. There was nothing that even hinted at money.

The original Nico had lived low-key, blending into the background just as his father had wanted.

Even his wardrobe reflected his fear of being noticed. He had been given a credit card by his father's secretary, but he'd barely touched it, living frugally to avoid his father's attention.

"Not anymore." I muttered, pulling out something simple but clean. A plain shirt and a pair of jeans. Serviceable. At least for now.

Once the system kicks in, I won't be picking out plain clothes anymore. I'd be making statements. I needed to be that bold if I wanted to get anybody's attention.

I dressed quickly and glanced at the mirror once again. Nico Voss stared back at me.

The same Nico who took his own life in this very house, defeated by his stepsisters' dominance and his father's indifference.

But there was a difference now. This Nico wasn't the same. I had a purpose, and with this system, I had the power to make it happen.
