Dinkar

"Ridhima madam, just wait for a minute" Ridhima who is somewhat late gets annoyed by this voice.

"Yes, Dinkarji?" Ridhima still patiently asks seeing it is Dinkar. Dinkar is a differently able person who got in an accident five years ago. His wife Rakhma works as a house helper in Ridhima's old house. After he get in an accident he lost his job. Ridhima that time help him to get this job. Seeing him uncomfortably walking towards her, even though a little annoyed, she still doesn't burst out.

"Take the pledhe (sweets)" Dinkar said while giving her a box.

"For what?" Ridhima gets confused.

"My daughter comes first in the whole state, I am waiting for you every day. Such big things happen, how can we forget about our God? Ridhima mam you help us like God, only because of you we can see this day." Dinkar said while nearly shading tears.

"Dinkarji... " Ridhima doesn't understand what to say. She doesn't do much, seeing Rakhma crying she just tells the HR department about Dinkar. Thankfully she is favoured by her boss, so Dinkar Kaka gets the job of cleaner. It doesn't take even a little effort but due to this, but here Dinkar Kaka takes her as God.

"I know madam, it is not a big thing for you. But if not for you my family might have died. You are also the inspiration of my daughter. She always said that she wanted to be like you. Anyway, I take your time. You should go now." Dinkar said and take her leave with teary eyes.

Ridhima also gets emotional about this. And her mood also improves drastically. She previously wanted to fight with her boss. Anyway, she is going to die & she is already labelled as a villain so there is nothing to think more about..... But now... She realized that she is more than a cannon fodder.

She is the hero of her story. Maybe she has a limited role but she will do her best. Thinking this, she quickly goes towards her old office.

Where she got to know that everyone is busy in meetings. While she is also going to the meeting, Vinayak arrives there.

"Hey Ridhima, what are you doing here? isn't boss transfer you to planning department?" Vinayak asks her as soon as he her.

"Yes, I know. I come here to take my things" Ridhima replied. She knows what Vinayak is expecting. She read this situation in the book.

Unfortunately for Vinayak, the writer of the story only call him a colleague Samira. While Ridhima and Vinayak are not in good term with each other.

They often fight, and according to book, Samira after knowing this tries to meddle in this situation, but Ridhima only gets angry and acts shrewdly.

Then her boss arrives when she is fighting with both Vinayak & Samira, and he somehow manages the situation. But he ended up getting angry with Ridhima and Vinayak & both get demotion. Ridhima that time also get angry and decided to join hands with the rival company. But she forgot that she is going against the villain. So her end is terrible.

Ridhima who now knows all these things and has limited time on earth doesn't want to waste her time on these people.

She doesn't even want to come to work. But she doesn't have much savings and the other thing she still needs to pay the EMI of her home.

Vinayak sees her calm reaction and doesn't understand what to do next. He is jealous of Ridhima. He thinks that his position is snatched by Ridhima unlike him she doesn't even come from any prestigious university. So why does she get the promotions while he is still there? He is a little happy seeing Ridhima facing the same fate.

Anyway, he knows how arrogant and egoistic she is, so she must be acting now. Thiking this he smiles to himself.

Here Ridhima sees her things piled up near the trash can and doesn't understand what to say. She doesn't have many things of her own in this office though. There is only one pair of her old little toy. And her few notebooks. And two water bottles and her mug which is now broken. Thankfully she carries her laptop with her.

She take her toy, and her notebooks and left other things there. While she is going downstairs,she see her boss and other returning from the meeting. But right now she doesn't have neither the desire nor the mood to meet him. So she quickly leaves towards her new department.
