From Foes to Quick Allies! Strongest Student Duo!

Most of Class 1-A had passed the first part of the exam while Tomikoa and Leonidus were fighting.

"Gosh, that girl was taking it to him! I don't think I've ever seen him have to get that serious before!" Hagakure noted.

"Yeah, me neither, and now he's gotta deal with those two giants!" Kirishima added.

"You know, I would've thought that Quirks like that would've been more common, especially here." Sero remarked.

In the arena, Leonidus stood with a smile still on his face, he looked over towards Tomikoa as he stood in a fighting pose.

"I'm sure you already know what to do, right?" Alyx wondered.

"Go for the legs." Tomikoa responded.

"Bingo." Leonidus nodded.

The two raced towards the giant twins, Leonidus zoomed up towards one of their faces and floated in front of her.

"You know, you're making quite the mess! I do have to say, you've got a cool Quirk! I wish we could've went about this differently." Alyx told her.

His kindness shocked the girl, she was confused as to why he didn't attack her right off the bat. Alyx reeled his fist back and it started to glow a bright violet.

"Sorry about this!" Leonidus apologized.

He thwacked her in the jaw with an uppercut, sending her flying backwards, Alyx tensed up afterwards.

"Oh crap! I think I overdid it!" Leonidus shrieked.

As the girl shrunk back down to normal size, Alyx raced towards her to prevent her from falling to her death. He caught her just in time before she hit the ground. Alyx landed down and took a ball out from his pouch.

"I'm super sorry about this, I really hope there's a way for you to get your license outside of this." Leonidus apologized once more.

He pressed it on all three of the girl's targets, he then healed the girl up before placing the ball back in his pouch. The student sat up as she rubbed her head.

"What the... What happened?" She groggily questioned.

"I eliminated you, I think I overdid it though, I'm super, super duper sorry about this!" He replied.

"Aw man..." The girl sighed.

Leonidus looked up and noticed that the other giant girl was gone as well. He helped the girl up to her feet then flew back over to Tomikoa.

"Well, that was quick! I guess we're both pretty strong, eh?" Alyx chuckled.

"Now, we only need to eliminate one more person..." Tomikoa muttered.

Alyx silently stared at Tomikoa before speaking, "First one to eliminate someone and get back here is the strongest!"

The two then darted in opposite directions, Leonidus found someone and made eye contact with them as he smiled.

"Hey! You! I'm gonna eliminate you!" He yelled.

"Oh God..." The boy shuddered.

Before the boy could even react, all three of his targets were hit by Leonidus, he looked around for him but it seemed as if he was never there to begin with! Alyx and Tomikoa landed down in the spot they were in at the same time.

"Ha! I got here first!" Alyx boasted.

"No, impossible, I landed here before you did!" Tomikoa argued.

"Maybe, but the real trick here was that I didn't have to eliminate you to pass!" Leonidus grinned.

Tomikoa suddenly realized his trick, "W-What? Why you... You're pretty clever, aren't you? I like that, maybe you aren't so weak after all."

The targets on their bodies lit up blue and instructed them to head towards the waiting room. The two students walked with each other towards it.

"So, how long have you been in Japan? I'd imagine quite a while if you're fluent in Japanese." Tomikoa asked.

"I've been here since April, my family moved here so I could attend U.A., I've been studying Japanese long before then. Thanks to my Overdrive, I actually know a lot of other languages as well!" Alyx answered.

Tomikoa stopped to tie her shoe, "Is that so? How many?"

"Oh, about like, 15 now. They're extremely fun to learn! I just got done learning about Bengali not too long ago. I'm able to keep up with everything thanks to my Overdrive!" Alyx told her.

Ms. Joke and Shota watched as their students conversed like old friends.

"Huh, that kid of yours is pretty quick to make new friends! He must be a sweetheart just like you are on the inside!" Joke smiled.

"If you think I'm a sweetheart, you're very, very mistaken." Aizawa deadpanned.

"HAHA! You're so funny Eraser! Almost makes me want to take you out on a date!" Joke hinted.

"My schedule's filled, sorry." Aizawa denied.

Tomikoa and Alyx entered the waiting room, Kirishima rushed over to him as Tomikoa walked over towards some of her classmates.

"Dude! You knocked her out of the park!" Eijiro beamed.

"Well, I may have some experience dealing with giants! You'd be surprised how many go down with just one hit to the jaw. There's a spot on your chin that if you hit just right, you'll be able to knock out practically anyone." Alyx responded.

"Really? You'll have to show me sometime, man!" Kirishima smiled.

Alyx looked over and saw a certain Shiketsu High student staring Todoroki down. Leonidus walked over to him and tapped him on the shoulder.

"Excuse me, are you alright?" Alyx wondered.

"Huh? Oh! Hello there! You were that sleeping boy from U.A.! Who are you?" The boy exulted.

His sudden change of attitude took Alyx by surprise, "I-I'm Alyx Leonidus! U.A. High Class 1-A's Class Representative!"

"I see! I'm Inasa Yoarashi from Shiketsu High!" He grinned.

Inasa turned around without answering his original question. Leonidus heard quick moving footsteps behind him, he turned around and saw Rei walking towards him.

"You passed? I-I mean, you passed! I guess I should've expected you to pass I mean... Like you know... Um... Gosh you're hot... Please kiss me." Rei blushed.

"You're awfully weird... I like that!" Leonidus giggled.

He patted her head, she quickly clung onto his hand within the blink of an eye.

"Excuse me, Rei, what are you doing hanging out with that Class A clown?" Monoma smirked.

"Eh? He's not a clown!" Rei retorted.

"Comparing to us? That Class is the worst! The only thing they have is Eraserhead's guidance! It's even proven that we're farther ahead then them! Get that, Rei!" Monoma laughed.

Leonidus looked at his hero costume's left glove, "But what class was mainly in the Sports Festival Tournament, Monoma?"

Kendo was about to smack Neito on the back of the head but stopped after hearing Alyx's comment. He looked up at Alyx to see a kind hearted smile on his face.

"If I recall, you didn't even make it pass the Calvary Battle! So, how about we do something that others haven't done yet, then we can make comments like that! Anything else?" Leonidus bubbled.

Monoma sat there frozen with anger, unable to say a single word. Alyx smiled and nodded at him.

"Alright, awesome! Glad we could get that settled!" He grinned.

Momo, Jiro, Shoji and Tsuyu eventually came into the waiting room. Leonidus waved her over to where he was sitting. She sat down next to him, she took her right boot off and felt at her ankle.

"I think I may have hurt my ankle, it's been nothing but piercing pain for a while now." Momo muttered.

Alyx placed his hand on her knee, his Overdrive sparked to life as he healed her up. Momo put her boot back on and moved her foot around.

"Hey, I need to discuss something with you, Alyx. What you said on the bus, did you truly mean that?" She continued.

"I did at first," Alyx replied, "But now I've realized that it's not a good idea to think that way. My Father wouldn't want me to kill out of malice and cruelty. Don't get me wrong, they'll get what's coming to them, that I can assure you. But it won't be by me, at least not for now."

"I'm glad you've come to that realization, Leonidus. I thought I was going to have to smack some sense into you again." Momo smiled.

Soon, the rest of Class 1-A passed the exam after a heart racing finish! The next part of the exam started shortly after, the students were tasked with rescue operations, many of the students grouped up in small groups while Class 1-A stayed together as the test started.

"Okay, the best thing to do is to split into smaller groups to cover more ground. There's several zones that need covered. Let's do this!" Alyx instructed.

The class split up to scour the arena for "hurt" civilians.

"Help! Someone please! My leg, I can't move!" Someone shouted.

Alyx looked over and saw someone waving him down as they were trapped underneath some rubble. He rushed over to them and knelt down as the man began to cry.

"Hey, don't worry, I'm here to get you to safety!" Leonidus reassured.

He surveyed the area around him, the building was collapsed and from what it looked like, it was very unstable.

"Stay calm, if you keep breathing like that, you'll hyperventilate. Stay still, this'll only take a minute." He calmly told him.

Alyx activated his Quirk and reconstructed the building. The pieces of debris lifted off of the man and he gasped with amazement. Alyx picked him up and started walking towards the others.

"P-Please... My... M-My dog, he's stuck down there! You have to get him, please!" He begged.

"Don't worry, I'll come back to get your dog once we get you safe first, I promise. Let me relay to the other heroes to set up a temporary shelter. By the time we get over there, it should be set up, and I'll heal your injuries!" Leonidus explained.

The actor looked surprisingly content, Alyx smiled at him as he looked back forward.

"Momo, can you tell everyone to set up some type of shelter for the injured? I've got one here who's leg is broken. I can heal those who are injured, we just need a shelter spot." He relayed.

"We'll be right on it, we were about to set one up anyway." Momo responded.

Alyx looked down and noticed the man was fading in and out of consciousness.

"Hey, your dog, what did it look like?" Alyx asked.

"It... He's a brown and white Corgi, he's a cute little thing." The man informed him.

Leonidus nodded at the man, "Gotcha! Looks like we're almost there, I'll get you patched up in no time!"

[Several Minutes Later...]

The medical shelter was fully up and functional by the time Leonidus had arrived. Every so often, students would arrive and drop off the actors, Leonidus finished healing one as Uraraka walked in with another.

"Hey, how's the search going?" Alyx wondered.

"Good, so far, we're finding lots of people. Most are still conscious." Uraraka told him.

"That's good, the more the merrier! Everyone's been doing okay, so I- " He replied.

Before he could finish, there was an explosion nearby, Yaoyorozu ran into the shelter to warn the others.

"We need to relocate the shelter! Gang Orca's launching an attack and he's brought reinforcements!" Momo yelled.

The people inside became visibly worried, "But there's too many of us! How are we gonna do that?"

Leonidus looked down at his hands, a wild idea came into his head as he activated his Overdrive.

"Wait, I don't think we need to. I think I can make a force shield using my Quirk." Alyx replied.

"You... You can do that?" A man questioned.

"I've never done one quite this large before, but it's a risk I'm more than willing to take! Here goes!" Leonidus beamed.

He stood in the middle of the shelter and placed both of his hands down on the ground. Alyx looked around him and heard nothing but silence.

"Did it work?" He mumbled.

Momo peeked her head out of the tent, "Oh my... You've done it! Keep it up, we've got company!"

Gang Orca's goons charged the shielded medical shelter, unfortunately for them, none of their attacks did a single thing!

"Nice try!" Momo taunted, "But it's gonna take a lot more than that to get through this shield!"

Students from various schools soon arrived to dispatch the goons. Momo looked out of the shelter once more as things cooled down.

"There's another wave incoming, it's much bigger than the first, how much longer do you think you can hold this up for, Leonidus?" She inquired.

"M-Maybe... A shield this size... A-Another 5 minutes...?" He struggled.

A huge shriek rattled the field, Gang Orca had arrived with even more minions! Leonidus could feel his shield begin to crack as not only Gang Orca hit it directly, but as he coughed up blood, beginning to overuse his Quirk. He felt his arms stiffen as the shield cracked even more.

"𝘋𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘶𝘱! 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘶𝘱... 𝘕𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘭𝘭, 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘷𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦! 𝘛𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦... 𝘈𝘭𝘺𝘹 𝘓𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘥𝘶𝘴! 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦!" Leonidus thought.

His Overdrive aura burst out around him as he grit his teeth, Uraraka watched on as she saw Leonidus struggle.

"Alyx...!" She gasped.

"𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘦... 𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘦... 𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘦! 𝘋𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩... 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦... 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘣𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯!!" Alyx thought.

His scar billowed out his Overdrive, "𝑯𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑯𝑯𝑯𝑯𝑯𝑯!!!"

The forcefield strengthened and enlarged, knocking back Gang Orca and his minions! Izuku's eyes widened with amazement as he looked at the shield.

"Incredible... He did it!" He exulted.

The horn finally sounded, signalling the end of the exams, Leonidus finally let down his shield as he panted heavily. Momo ran to his side and put her hand on his chest, his heartbeat was going through the roof! The actors all surrounded him with delighted and worried expressions on their faces.

[10 Minutes Later...]

The students made it to the rendezvous point where they'd see their final results. They all received sheets that explained what actions got points taken off of their total score. Leonidus noticed that he didn't receive one of those sheets.

"Huh, maybe they forgot mine?" Alyx wondered.

"Hmm... Perhaps so. I got 6 demerits, that's not that bad!" Momo told me.

"Alright everyone, here's the results of the Exam... Take note of the first examinee..." Mr. Yokumiru announced.

The screen lit up with everyone's names, Alyx quickly scoured the screen for his name on the screen.

"I wasn't expecting... Something like this at all... This is the first time I've seen a student reach a perfect 100. Congrats to you, Alyx Leonidus." He sleepily complimented.

Everyone was muttering among themselves, Leonidus had passed the License Exam with a perfect score! He bit down on his tongue as he tried not to cry.

"Now, those who have passed will be receiving your licenses, those who scored below fifty will not be. Those being Shoto Todoroki, Katsuki Bakugo, Inasa Yoarashi, and more. But... Luckily for you, there is an opportunity to redeem yourselves by taking a special training course. I truly hope that you all will be able to fill the void that All Might has left behind him." He continued.

As the Exam came to a close, the students who passed were given their Provisional Licenses, Alyx flew home to show his Mother after telling Mr. Aizawa where he was going. He landed down in front of his house after several minutes of flying and quickly knocked on his door. Marie answered the door with a peculiar look on her face.

"Alyx? What are you doing here?" She asked.

Alyx pulled out his wallet, "Look, Mom!"

Marie's eyes lit up with intense joy, she hugged her son and spun him around as she laughed.

"You did it! My baby boy is finally becoming a hero! Your Father would be so proud of you!" Marie chirped joyously.

"Hee hee!" Leonidus giggled.

Annie slid into the doorway, "Huh? What's all the noise about?"

"I got my Provisional Hero License!" Alyx bubbled.

"You did?! Does that mean..." Annie exclaimed.

The two stood in front of each other with stars in their eyes, "WE CAN BE SUPER COOL TAG TEAM HEROES NOW!!"

"This is awesome! Let's take a picture!" Annie grinned.

Marie, Alyx, and Annie stood next to one another as Marie held up her phone. She snapped a couple quick pictures, she showed Alyx the first one she took.

"How does this one look?" Marie smiled.

Leonidus slightly gasped as he saw his Father faintly standing next to him, smiling ever so warmly with him.

"Yeah, I like this one." Leonidus responded.

Alyx returned back to U.A. after hugging his sister and Mother one more time. He entered the dorms to a massive amount of food and cheer.

"Hey, Leonidus! Glad you've decided to drop on by!" Iida beamed.

"Holy hell! All this stuff looks amazing!" Alyx gushed.

He quickly zoomed over to the table with a plate, he gathered a heaping amount of food before sitting down in the common room.

"G-Geez, isn't that a bit too much?" Uraraka giggled.

"Nope! I gotta eat a whole lot in order for my body to keep up with my training regimen! I do 1,000 sit ups, push ups, pull ups, and a lot more." He replied.

"Huh, sounds like you've got quite the workout plan, I'd hate to have to do all that just for my Quirk." Sero remarked.

Alyx sat there in thought for a bit, "Yeah, I guess so!"

"So, now that we've got our licenses, that means we can do whatever we want right?" Kaminari asked.

"Sure, I don't know about you guys," Leonidus stood up from his seat, "But I still have something I need to carry out, for my Father's sake that is."

"Oh? What would that be?" Ojiro wondered.

"I need to talk to my Grandmother, all my family has done is fight, I don't want to do that anymore. I'm hoping that she'd listen to reason now that my Father's dead." Alyx told them.

"Woah woah woah, your GRANDMOTHER? The one that almost killed you in Aichi? Her? Are you sure that you didn't get knocked in the head a few too many times during the Exam?" Mina responded.

"Yep, that's the one, I've been talking to the Pillars of Hope to see if they can't track her down. I haven't heard back from them in quite a while, so hopefully they've found something and forgot to tell me." Leonidus nodded.

Everyone looked a bit skeptical, Alyx sighed as he went to wash his plate off.

"A boy can dream, can't he?" He continued.

"The only problem is that she's tried to kill you numerous times, Alyx. What makes you think she won't try to when you find her?" Tokoyami noted.

"Because I'm the only person in the world that has what's she's been looking for: Access to the Seventh Plane. With my Dad gone, she'll have no choice but to keep me alive, their original plan was to have me killed so they could get what they want. They would've promised my Dad my 'resurrection' only for them to backstab him, most likely." Alyx explained.

Leonidus finished up washing his plate before putting it in the sink, he sat back down in the common room instead of going up to his room like normal. Everyone could tell that his mind was set, but would this prove to be his greatest mistake?
