Meeting of the three factions

Nightime, William along with Vali and Azazel arrived at Kuoh Academy. It is where the meeting would be held.

They soon arrived at the room designated as the meeting room. There the leaders of the three biblical faction met.

With Sirzechs, he is with Serafall Leviathan. Behind them are Rias and Sona along with their queens.

Heaven's faction, Seraph Michael with two new reincarnated angels. Irina Shidou and Xenovia Quarta.

And lastly Grigori, Azazel with his two escorts. Vali, this generation's White Dragon Emperor of Supremacy also the strongest wielder. Then there is William, the current Red Dragon Emperor of Domination.

"So let me start, I'm sure all pf you know of Kokabiel's attack what do you say about that Azazel." Sirzechs asked

"Indeed I'd like to know too" Michael followed

"He move on his own, it was not my order." Azazel shrugged before continuing "Anyway let's just get right with it. Let's just sign a peace treaty quickly"

"With God and the original 4 satans dead in the great war. I also agree with this peace treaty theres to reason for conflict as the ones who started it are already dead." Michael said

"Very Well then" After Sirzechs agreed they all signed a peace treaty among the 3 biblical faction.

The meeting continued, Vali became the center of discussion since they didn't know William has the boosted gear. Vali express his desire to fight strong opponents.

He also said his will to defeat William in battle which surprise the others. Then at some point William asked Michael the reason for why Asia was exiled. Though William already knew he still asked to see whether somethings changed.

Michael explained the reason why and nothing was changed which relieve William a bit.

"Azazel is that young man behind you the one who defeated Kokabiel?" Sirzechs suddenly asked while staring at William.

The other leaders look at each other, the report they got says William only kicked Kokabiel which severely injured the cadre. Naturally they were curious as to why they didn't know of such strong young man especially Sirzechs as he knew William helped his little sister.

"Hm...Actually I also don't know much about him..." Azazel said while glancing at Vali and William "I just hired him as my guard after all"

"Then let's asked this young man, William-kun is it? Can you tell us your identity?" Michael asked amiably. The other people inside also look at William in anticipation.

William was calm as he already thought of an excuse about his origin. "..Then I will start, my name is William Arkwright the current holder of boosted gear."

Just that one fact already surprised the others in the meeting room. Now they know why Vali wants to fight him.

"I'm a human, and the heir of the Arkwright family. And I was ordered my family to go out and experience the world. During my journey I stumbled upon many interesting people Vali included. And I also act as a mercenary sometimes"

William explained, with that his actions till now could be explained. So there should be no suspicions or reduced some of it.

"Hm...I see but I haven't heard of this family" Azazel asked while staring sharply at William. The other leaders was also staring at him. William calmly explained again.

"My family has hidden itself and didn't meddle with the supernatural world for so long."

The others has still some questions but suddenly they felt a change in the atmosphere.

"What the-" William exclaimed to act as if he didn't know what happened.

"..The time seemed to stop?" Kiba muttered

"It seems like it, we were unaffected because of our immense power or protected by sacred gears or holy swords." said Azazel.

The ones affected are Akeno, Sona and Tsubaki.

BOOM!

They heard an explosion as the building started to shake. Kiba and ohers walked towards the window and saw mages appearing in the air.

"Hey, I'm the magical girl here" Serafall complained which made the other's mouth twitch.

"Gasper should be the one stopping the time, the enemy should have captured him" Azazel said his theory.

"Then we should save him" William said his idea. Rias agreed since it is her peerage member who is in danger.

"Then you two go, Vali greet the mages outside" Azazel ordered

"Alright" Vali nodded and flew outside while Rias and William with the two angels Irina and Xenovia went to save Gasper.

Vali just floated outside and immediately used balance breaker. He then opened his palm and demonic energy started gathering forming into a white ball. He threw white balls towards the mages causing death and destruction.

Then a magic circle appeared behind them. And came out a bespectacled woman come out.

"Good day to you Satan Sirzechs and Serafall" The woman greeted the two satan.

"W-wgat are you doing here" Serafall was shocked upon seeing the woman.

"The descendant of the previous Leviathan, Katerea Leviathan?!" Sirzechs was also surprised.

"Chaos and ruin to the world..." Katerea raised up her wand in the air and a huge magic circle appeared beneath her feet.

Boom!!!!

The building exploded. The explosion disintegrated the whole building. Dust and smoke filled the area.

......

The three leaders created a barrier to protect everyone.

"What a perfect scene? The three faction working together....That's impossible" Katerea shouted in anger

Sirzechs turned his head to Katerea " What are you trying to achieve here Katerea?"

"To do exactly what this conference sought not to do," Katerea replied "If God and satans are gone, then this world will be ready for evolution"

"Stop this Katerea-chan" Serafall tried to persuade her "Why are you...."

"Serafall..." Katerea gritted her teeth in anger "You are the one who stole the position of Leviathan from me!"

"I..."

"Don't worry, I'll kill you right now, and take back back the title Satan Leviathan from you" Katerea slowly descends from the air.

"...Calm your tits, Lady I will be the one to fight you" Then they heard a voice they were familiar with.
