Chapter 41

Ban is telling what he was doing since the previous day.

As soon as he left the school, he went home, get changed, and grown his hair and beard using his quirk. He went to the back alley in the city and ask for information from the thugs around there.

On the evening, some thugs were picking a fight with him. Ban was just poking them with his finger and they are already defeated and they escaped. Somehow Kurogiri was watching him but he disappear right after watching him.

Afraid of getting his address known by villains, Ban decided to sleep outside. Ban is no stranger to sleeping outside as he sometimes had a sleepover at a homeless man's tent together. He already befriended most of the homeless peoples at a park near his home.

The next day in the morning after breakfast when Ban returned to the back alley, Kurogiri approached him and tries to recruit him to raid on U.A. Ban's 'by chance' opportunity has arrived and he willingly accepted. Kurogiri then warped him somewhere into an abandoned building. There were already many other small-times villains waiting there and look like Ban is the last one to arrive.

There, Shigaraki makes some speeches about hero and All Might, then showing off his new 'toy' the Nomu. He said he will attack U.A. during noon at the USJ. One villain volunteered to use his electricity quirk to jam the security system in the building.

While Ban was there, he act like an idiotic old man and keep asking each villains questions. Who are they, where did they come from, are they also warped here, etc. He found out that most of them resided in Tokyo and nearby cities. After hearing they are also recruited, Ban knows that the main member of the organization is only Shigaraki and Kurogiri, along with Nomu who doesn't seem like has mind of his own.

After Shigaraki's speeches, all other villains are agreed to attack All Might. Ban's expression turned scary but thanks to his long hair and beard, no one notices it. Ban was looking for a way to contact the school but he found no signal in the building. He wanted to escape the building but afraid of someone getting suspicious of him he decided to stay and collect more information.

He was creeped out when he gets closer to Shigaraki because he knows that the hands that looked like accessories around him is in fact real hands. But he ignores it and tried to make conversation with Shigaraki.

He asked about the Nomu who looked like his weapons to defeat All Might. About what they are, their strength, how many are there, and how to build them.

At first Shigaraki answered Ban as if he was showing off his new toy. But because Ban pissed him off with too many questions he tried to kill Ban instead.

Ban dodges but he didn't expect Shigaraki to be this pissed.

"Kurogiri… warp him to the ocean."

Kurogiri accepted Shigaraki's order without questions like a loyal servant and warp Ban to the ocean.

Not prepared for that, Ban fell to the ocean and Kurogiri disappear right after that.

"Fuck! How childish can he be?! If only my shoes aren't wet I could run on air. There doesn't seem to be any island around here."

Ban then hold his Courechouse. With it on his hand, thanks to Super Concentration attribute with it, he can sense about 5 Kilometers around him. He tried to find an island but he found nothing. He then looked at his waterproof phone. He found no signal and it's already 1 o'clock.

The afternoon lesson started at 12.50 after they change and moved to USJ it will took around 30 minutes. The plan was to warp the villains at 13.30. He only got 30 minutes before the raid.

Not knowing where he was, Ban took off his shirt because it will weigh him down when he swim. He also used his own hands to cut his hair and beard. He then swim toward west because he thought the possibilities of Kurogiri only warping him all the way to the east in Pacific Ocean.

It has been 30 minutes since he start swimming and he can see a coast guard ship from far away. He is too late to prevent the attack but he still tries to contact the school.

"What's that? A whale! That thing's even bigger than Blue Whales!" Ban saw a whale swimming away where he's going. "No time to get distracted. I've got to go." Ban continued swimming to the ship.

"Captain Selkie! I heard a sound of someone calling for help! He's swimming this way." Sirius, a girl wearing a sailor uniform, inform the captain of the ship.

"What? Where?" A humanoid spotted seal asked her. He is the Sea Rescue Hero: Selkie.

"He's swimming very fast. There he is!" Sirius pointed at Ban.

"Get him here! He could be a victim of shipwreck!"

Ban getting pulled out of the ocean.

"Are you okay?" Sirius gave him towel.

"Please hear me out. I'm Ban student of U.A. High school. I need your help to contact the school that they are being attacked right now." Ban proceed to explain what happened and shows them his Provisional Hero License to proof his identities.

"There's no phone signal here but we have radio. We'll contact the authorities through it. Get some rest." Selkie ordered his men to contact authorities.

"No need." When he board the ship, he took off his shoes and get the water out right away. "It'll be faster if I run." Ban put on his shoes and return the towel back to Sirius.

"Oh right! I saw a whale bigger than blue whales swimming away from the coast. I don't know if that's a person with whale quirk or a whale with gigantification quirk. Just reporting what I saw. Thanks for your hospitality. I'll be going." Ban gives his benefactor a bow and then he disappear. He actually just running on air quickly. After taking out the water out of the shoes, his shoes can finally be used again to run on air.

Ban run straight to U.A. When he sees land, he immediately realized where he is. While he was running on air, he also contacted the school about the raid. As he thought the school can't contact those in USJ. He used his fastest speed to run and ended up getting there before even All Might coming.

"That's how the story goes." Ban finished his explanation to the teacher, cops, and his friends.
