Xiao stood on the top branch of a large tree, surveying the landscape. From his vantage point, he could see the expansive hills and a lake shrouded in night fog. He noticed some movement near the base of a waterfall.

"Yes, there are my prey," Xiao muttered to himself.

With the agility of a shadow, Xiao leaped from tree to tree, closing in on the waterfall.
