20 19. I Am Not Human!

I know this will piss him off, but I needed to do something, I can't be trapped here forever, No!

I entered the basement and dropped the bag in it, it was too heavy but my determination will not allow me to be lazy about it.

I sighed relief when I stepped out of the basement walking to the villa with smiles of joy in me, I imagined how he will look after knowing what I've done.

I giggled, I need to resume my daily food 'Noodles' how can he be so heartless to serve me with it for weeks huh?

I guess this was how it started;

He left early in the morning like his daily routine, but that night, I'd expected him to return at the normal time but no trace of him.

I was so worried but yet I fell asleep at the dining as I was waiting for him when I woke up, I checked the time to see it's already past 1 in the morning.

What took him so long? he never stays out so late! I glared at the time again, I couldn't bear to sleep as I kept pondering on what could have happened to him.

Then suddenly, he appeared in front of me, that was the first time I saw that for real. I was afraid and excited at the same time.

  "Merid!" I called out approaching him but stopped when I saw how he looked,

"Gouch! You stink!" blood was dripping out of his mouth, he looked so drunk.

  "Aren't you afraid of me?!" He said and I stepped back but He grabbed my arm and turned me to face him directly, I wanted to throw up but I held it in, then, he started talking like a drunk.

"Aren't you afraid of me?" he repeated,

  "Why should I be afraid?" I replied

  "Aren't you scared of me?!" He asked.

  "Why should I be scared?!" I replied and gulped

  "Are you in love with this heartless Vampire?!" he muttered.

  "Why should I be in....." my words choked in my throat as I swallowed, what did I just hear him ask?

  "Ok! Ok! Ok! kiss me!" he moved his lips closer to mine then I pushed him, I was so surprised he fell off, he seems to have lost weight overnight.

  "Owh! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to push hard, why did you fall off so easily?" I said with concern, his actions frightened me.

  "It's the full moon day!!" He screamed suddenly that my heart almost fell off my chest.

Then, I saw myself lifted in his arms, Where did he get the strength just now?

Like a cold breeze blew on my hot body, I felt so relaxed in his arms closing my eyes seemed like I'm in another realm.

When I think so deeply about him; He kills but never harms me, he drinks blood but never my blood, even though he is cold yet I can still feel his warmth, that feeling in my heart, I'm confused.

I closed my eyes while I placed my head on his chest, this feeling, I can't describe.

When I opened my eyes, I found myself thrown into the pool. Omg! he threw me from the veranda to the pool, I drank some cupful of water.

I came out of the pool coughing tremendously, How can He be so heartless? I saw him turning to leave, he can't be drunk! it obvious it's intentional!

Then I planned a payback... The next day, I packed all his outfits and soaked them in the pool. It's not nice but I needed to do something that will pain him the most.

I was in my room peeping from the door when I saw him pace up and down at my entrance. I don't give a damn shit! he should go to hell!

I plugged in an earpiece and walked outside ignoring him, I felt him fuming but I don't care! he deserves it.

As from that day! he never talked to me till now and I don't care, I come out of my room whenever I notice he has left the house while I sleep early before he comes back... I don't want to see him.

With this, I noticed he never bought food in the house, all that was left as food is noodles. Who on earth feeds only on that?

So, I planned showtime, I knew with this bag that I dropped over there... he will be very pissed off.

I was eating my dinner, 'noodles of course' when he entered, I was so surprised he came earlier.

I pretended not to see him as I continued eating my food, He walked past me with a glare, I couldn't resist but stare at him, I just want to look at him a little. It has been a long time since I saw his cute face.

He threw his suit on the couch and lose his necktie and dropped it on the couch too, then started to unbutton his shirt.

Omg! why is he doing this here, in front of me? I started rushing my food... I can't wait here any longer.

  "What have you done this time?" His voice yelled from the kitchen but I behaved indifferently. I guess the showtime begins.

  "Your curiosity is high these days about me, aren't you tired of being troublesome?!" He shouted coming closer

I just concentrated on the food... But why does it look like the food is refilling?

"Do you want me to feed on you?!" He banged the table and I was startled.

The chopsticks fell off my hand as I looked up at him. "Yes! I prefer you should feed on me than me staying here... Send me back to my people, to my world! I'm tired of living with this heartless vampire who only kills to survive!!!" I said at a go like I've already mastered those statements.

He puffed out rashly, and vigorously rub his temple then grinned with his lower lip.

  "Why did you hide my food?! I can't find them in the freezer! all the freezers are empty" he softened his voice but I knew he was just trying to suppress his anger.

  "You denied me food first, you fed me with noodles only, do you think I'm like you who..."

I felt him behind me covering my mouth, "I'm not human and I've never lived so close to them but the little idea I have about them is how I'm treating you!" He whispered releasing his hands from my mouth.

I swallowed with a widened face, "Don't you ever eat? Can't you eat normal food? Why are you always drinking?!! I yelled, I don't know why I feel so concerned right now.

  "Why! Why! Why!" I asked repeatedly.

  "I'm not like you, I don't need it! I do eat but I don't like it" His voice dimmed but soft and tender...

  "Can't you just taste food!?" I almost cried, I don't know why I'm this affected!

He picked the chopsticks and ate twice, "Happy now?!" He made a puppy face and walked towards the entrance.

  "Avia!!" he paused

I glared at him, I can't figure how I feel now.

"Let's go and meet your family tomorrow," He said.

What? Did I hear him correctly? He's taking me back?

Happiness strode down my heart!
