Chapter 5

It's been a full week since the Craig murdered Ajuka's daughter and the two of them have been relaxing in the Amazon Forest. They appeared near the forest after teleporting and had fortunately sensed a mid-class devil signature right before it disappeared. Probably hiding itself from their overwhelming aura's. After quickly murdering the stray devil, they took its base which was a rundown warehouse which Craig had transported into the forest with magic.

Stephen had helped himself to some new clothes and had done nothing supernatural for the first few days to calm himself down. Suddenly waking up in the middle of a war against beings he previously thought were fiction had not been good to his mental health.

After his days of rest, he started familiarising himself with his Jinchuuriki ability. Craig had helped him by creating barriers that blocked his magic from being sensed and even started to 'teach' Stephen some common magic like teleportation etc.

During his experiments, Stephen found that his new special ability worked like it did in Naruto. He could use the version one and two cloak perfectly. He could also partially transform his body parts like he did with the wings and recently cover his body parts with the seven tails' exo-skeleton. He could also use the exo-skeleton with his mana-hardening skill which he assumed was super strong as he could not test it., but sadly couldn't try the full tailed beast transformation as the barrier would collapse. There wasn't any hatred or eternal emotions trying to cloud his judgement when using the ability, which was probably because the beast did not have any.

Other than that, the only skill he managed to level up was Mana Hardening. The other two couldn't really gain exp if he was not either in danger or a fight. He discovered that he could use Mana Hardening on energy attacks and this would slightly increase the damage the attack caused. He discovered this when he was trying the new ranged attack he had come up with. The attack its self was simple. He used the 'Hiding in the Scale Powder' attack of the seven tails but over loaded each particle with magic to explode instead glowing brightly. The explosions the attack caused were useless and could hardly injure a low-class being so he tried creating one large particle instead. He chose quality over quantity and the attack surprisingly worked. He had tried Hardening his attack on a whim and the results surprised him. He dubbed the attack, Golden Novae due to its still present blinding capabilities although it had still yet to turn into a skill.

"Weird Human, I gave you enough time" said a giant Red Wyvern as it landed next to the old warehouse almost blowing it off the ground.

Stephen and the Wyvern had agreed that in exchange for Craig to join Stephen, he needed to first help Craig in his quest to challenge the Red Dragon Emperor. When they arrived in the Human world, Stephen told him Issei's identity and this made Craig even determined to challenge him. After all, Issei was a peerage member of Lucifer's little sister. He knew that due to the having his son assassinated, Sirzechs would have maximum amount of security guarding Kuho town, if Rias hasn't been forced back to the underworld.

The only reason he was going was to take Durrandal from Xenovia. Since his Sacred Gear was very compatible with holy energy, he was hoping he would be able to wield the sword. If not, he could just raid a shop for the Holy sword compatibility genes. He wasn't going to keep on using the light sword if he could get one of the most powerful swords in the world.

'Although I haven't touched my sacred gear yet, this amount of power will have to do now. If things go south, I'll sacrifice the Wyvern.' Thought Stephen looking at his status.

"Let's go" replied Stephen, who was wearing a white sweater and black jeans.

Life has not been good to me recently. Just a week ago, my nephew was killed and to make things worse, there were a lot of messy circumstances in his murder that caused the factions to restart the war. Before I could even talk to my brother or parents, Deborah a friend of mine was also assassinated. This caused even more pressure for my brother that he didn't even have a chance to talk me.

Yesterday, I finally got the chance to talk to him and all he did was order me to come back to the underworld. What I did not expect was that another battle happened in the Underworld in the morning. My supposed escort, probably Greyfia was called to the battle because of the appearance of Kokabiel.

I know all this because Kokabiel is standing in front of mine, Sona's peerage and the Church's holy sword users, bragging about his plan.

"So when my spies told me that silver hair bitch was your escort, I knew I had to take advantage and send another cadre class with my appearance close to her post to slow her down while I enjoy torturing you" said Kokabiel with a disgusting grin on his face.

"That's the same spy that was responsible for abducting Milicus Gremory, I take it" said Sona, clearly trying to buy time by striking conversation with the fallen angel.

"Yes, the same one. I wonder what dear Lucifer and Leviathan will do when they find out I murdered their sisters" he said before laughing out loud.

"I will not allow that to happen" I responded calmly, but deep in my head I was going through all the possibilities about how we are going to defeat him, a cadre class fallen angel and his stray-priest compatriots.

"I won't let you touch a hair on President's hair, you fallen scumbag!!!" shouted Issei as he summoned his Boosted Gear.

"Ahh, that's a disappointment, I thought the Red Dragon Emperor was absent all this time, but it turned out to be you. The one with the weakest magic power" replied Kokabiel clearly disappointed.

"Let's get this show started" said Kokabiel who was very disappointed, as he summoned a giant Light lance and throwing it at us, while the white-haired stray exorcist charged at the holy sword users with an Excalibur fragment.
