Chapter Fourteen: Master Swordsman.

There were just a few student watching the fight between Xin and Sonia at the arena. But as they saw Sonia running in an incredible way, they were surprised and some went to call their friends to see what they were seeing.

Sonia didn't hide her powers as she knew that no one could identity her once she leave the game. She smirked at Xin as she started running in a circular movement around Xin.

And as she circled around Xin, she was hitting him with the sword.

In two to three seconds, she stopped running and looked at Xin whose HP had already been exhausted.

"Oh man, I just lost the game." Xin said disappointedly.

The first round of the game had ended and Sonia was about to leave, but before she left, she told Xin something.

"Don't you dare tell anyone about it, or I'll cut off your arm." she taunted him.

"But, won't we be playing the second round together?" Xin asked.

"I already won the first round, there's no need playing the second round. I'm going inside. And also, there are so many people watching." Sonia said as she was teleported away from the battle ring.

"I just need to find a new player." Xin said to himself.

He exited the ring by cancelling the game to start another one.

In the VR game, there are two main fighting rooms for VR players. The first room are used by low level students, while the second room are for master swordsman. The first room was crowded and since it was just a spar, Xin and Sonia had choose to use the second room that was empty, to play three rounds and leave. But Xin had something in mind, he want to see how he would fair against a master swordsman.

And since Sonia had played only one of the three rounds, Xin had to abort their match to start a new match with a new player, but it will be a one round match.

Students who will be playing the game and those who won't, are also able to watch the game from the game arena.

As soon as Xin exited the game, to start a new match, he saw that his notifications are occupied with different types of match invitation.

One is able to send match invitations to any players of their choice.

And many of them that had saw Xin fight with Sonia were anxious to know if their fight was all real or it is just a game trick.

"Where is the lady?" One of them asked.

"I think she already left." another student answered.

"Why don't we ask the guy that fought with her." one of them suggested.

"What is his username?" the first student asked.

"I think it is sword fly." Another replied.

"I'll go and ask him." The second student said.

Xin was wondering if they are all master swordsman because their user names sounds funny and are unbefitting for the position of a Master swordsman.

"Let's see what you master knights got."

Xin said as he accepted one of the requests of the student, whose username is swift talker. But when the student entered, he said something that is not in his expectation.

"I'm not here to fight mister, I just need to ask you some questions." The student said as soon as he entered the ring.

"Well, go on with the question and make it fast." Xin answered.

"Permit me for asking this, but that lady, is she a superhero?" The boy asked.

"Huh, I don't know about that. I just accepted a game invitation from her." Xin said, trying to hide the fact that he knew her.

"She has superpowers right?" the students asked and Xin was getting frustrated.

"Sorry, your time is up. Can you please allow the new player to enter?" Xin said as he accepted the request of another player named, crazy puppy.

The boy was teleported out of the ring, back to the game arena and the other students went to meet him.

Xin could see them from the ring but he actually didn't care what they think.

The new player entered the ring and Xin was happy that this one has no question to ask, but he was silent.

' Yeah, I already know what I want to do.'

When Xin looked at the person in front of him, he is a strange man in a scaly appearance and he held a Longsword in his hands. He is fat even in his avatar costume. The person was silent and without waisting any time, he charged at Xin.

' Crazy puppy, huh? Let's see what you got. ' Xin thought.

The Longsword slashed down at Xin and Xin blocked the attack coming over his head with his two katana blades. The man had a lot of strength compared to Xin and little could Xin do to stop the attacks of the man.

To avoid being hit by the lonsword of the man, he kicked him on the knee to free himself.

"I don't want to cheat. I don't want to..." Xin said but the man had already swung at his leg, decreasing his HP by two. The pain could be felt by Xin and he knew that the opponent in front of him meant a lot of harm to him.

' Why are all my opponents wishing me a quick defeat. ' Xin thought. ' Still I won't cheat. '

As if the man heard his thought, he smirked at Xin and he start swinging the Longsword violently in the air. When he got near Xin, he pointed his sword at Xin but immediately, the Longsword changed into two Rapier blades and the man stabbed at Xin on both knees.

Xin shouted in anger and regretted not using his weapon former skill.

' I don't think I can defeat this guy without my cheat skill. Both Sonia and this guy are above my level. I should head into the first room after this match. ' Xin thought, trying to activate his weapon former skill.

"I won't back down!" Xin shouted.
