"So, do you want me to help you?"
I decided not to trust anyone. To not hope for such foolish wishes that I could escape my own nightmare.
But I was wrong.
More than anyone. More than my feelings getting hurt because of the betrayal from my own mother. I need his help to drag me from the depth of darkness.
"I want you to help me..."
I managed to choke out, my voice was dry because of the lack of water. It was to the point where I could only rely on him.
(I'm such a fool.)
Tears started to form in my eyes as I could feel the overwhelming emotion swirling inside me.
I was sad, at a loss, with no one to help me. But he was the only one who reached out to me, the only one to give me such false hope.
Well, even though it might be false hope, I'm sure there might be a spark of hope out there. Just a small one will be fine.
"Hey, why do you look so sad?"
