Tywin's pov

In Casterly Rock, Tywin Lannister, the Lord of Casterly Rock and Warden of the West, heard of his son's accomplishments in Castemere and the Westerlands. He heard how he had rebuilt Castemere and made it his own, how he had crucified the bandits and buried the Reynes, how he had sworn vengeance against the Greyjoys and challenged anyone who would oppose him. He heard how he had drained the mines and restored them, how he had used limestone and cement to repair the castle, how he had used windmills and pumps to power his machines and tools.

He was proud of his son. He was proud of his skill and courage, his ambition and cunning, his strength and honor. He was proud of his vision and wisdom, his kindness and generosity, his justice and wrath.

He was proud of Alan Lannister, lord of Castemere and heir to the Westerlands.

He was sure that his son would lead the Lannister's into a new legacy. He was sure that his son would make their house greater and stronger than ever before. He was sure that his son would make their name feared and respected throughout the realm.

He was sure that his son would be a true Lannister.

He was sure that his son would always pay his debts.

General pov

The town that has been neatly organized between the walls and closer and was bustling with people they were happy with their new young lord. They truly loved their lord and his new introduction of the town guards who wore a silver cloak was also loved by the people as they followed Alan's rule's

Alan's pov

The rebuilding of the castle and the expansion of the walls has cost him a lot and he also knows that the veins of casterly rock will run dry within a few years and the only way to secure wealth was to introduce new things into this world which remained stagnated for over thousands of year's but first he has to build a port and he needed money. He asked the maester to sent a letter to his father regarding it.
