William's eyes shot wide open as a familiar figure appeared in front of him.

'How come I am unable to feel her presence every single time....'

For some reason her abyss like eyes seemed extra deep today.

The corners of William's mouth twitched as he waited for her reply but all that greeted him was a deep and unsettling silence.

So William said once again.

"E-Evil Infant?"

Just the Evil Infant finally moved.

With a single step she appeared right in front of William, startling him, but insted of him her eyes were staring straight at Heaven Punisher who was sticking tightly to William's back.

A dark miasma started spreading out of her body, distorting the space around them.

As if sensing a familiar power, Heaven Punisher finally turned her face away from William and stared at Evil Infant straight in the eye.

A golden aura came out of her body, repairing the space the black aura of distorting.

Light versus Darkness.

Evil Infant's Wheel Of Myriad Tribulations versus Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword.

The image of two divine weapons appeared in both of their eyes, making sparks fly everywhere.

Stuck in between, William wondered just what had he gotten himself into.

While he was in a daze, a familiar hand suddenly grabbed his arm and pulled him.

"....let.....go...of...kind.....one....."

Evil Infant said in her broken speach as she pulled William towards her.

Seeing her action, Heaven Punisher quickly grabbed his other hand, refusing to let go.

"...I said...let go!..."

Evil Infant said in a forceful tone as she suddenly sent a black mass of energy flying towards Heaven Punisher.

Seeing the sudden attack, Heaven Punisher's eyes shone as a blinding sword energy shot out of her pupils, splitting the darkness in two and attacking Evil Infant.

It was already clear which one of them was more powerful.

Evil Infant was in Divine Extinction Realm while Heaven Punisher was a bona fida True God.

Plus unlike Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword, Evil Infant's Wheel Of Myriad Tribulations was never meant for a frontal battle.

Evil Infant's eyes shook as she saw the heaven splitting sword energy coming straight towards her.

But just as the attack was about to hit her a golden hand grabbed the sword energy, startling Evil Infant and Heaven Punisher alike, with a light push the terrible sword energy was instantly broken into tiny little pieces.

"Are you two done?"

Hearing the familiar voice, Evil Infant's face lit up as she stared at William.

"...Kind one--------"

William waved his hand interrupting her mid-sentence.

Suddenly being stopped like this, Evil Infant was taken aback, thinking that William might be angry with her, made a sad expression appear on her face.

Looking at her plight, Heaven Punisher suddenly let out a soundless laugh as she wrapped her hands around William's arm.

Evil Infant's hand clenched into fists when she saw the blatant provocation.

Then a sudden idea hit her.

Raising her hand she pulled William's sleeve.

William who was thinking about how to deal with these two instinctively turned his head towards the sudden tug.

What appeared before him was a teary eyed Evil Infant.

*Sob*

The corners of William's mouth twitched as he suddenly raised his left hand and slapped the head of the laughing Heaven Punisher.

"Stop laughing!"

Heaven Punisher felt wronged, seeing the innocent look on Evil Infant's face, she suddenly started rubbing her eyes making them beat red as silver tears started slowing out of her eyes.

She looked even more pitiful than Evil Infant as she wasn't able to speak and just cried soundlessly.

Her sudden action shocked Evil Infant.

Evil Infant: That's...my...style!

After leaving Evil Infant and Heaven Punisher to bond together, William finally exited the throne room.

'Let's hope Star God Realm will still be there by the time I come back.....'

Reciting prayer in his mind, he quickly ran away with the speed of light.

While William was travelling his comunication stone suddenly lit up.

Taking it out, William cleared his throat and changed his voice to a heavy and more domineering one.

William remembered Zhou Xuzi, it was one of the many old men who submitted to him.

William said, after all this information was new to him as well.

A light flashed through William's eyes as he heard Zhou Xuzi's story.
