[Two years later]

"Young master please come out young master.", A few maids were running around the Xiao family manor with a concerned expression on their faces.

"My Dear young master", An old man cried out as he lifted up the entire bed and looked under.

"Not here either", The old man said as he quickly rushed to the next location with a worried face.

"What is going on here?", Xiao Juetian said in an irritated as he was woken up by all the hassle.

"My lord we can't find the young master anywhere", The old man said as he looked at the family head with tear filled eyes.

Releasing a helpless sigh Xiao Juetian said in a small voice, "What is that kid up to now?"

Although William was a very well mannered kid, so much so that it sometimes made Xiao Juetian doubt whether he was his kid.....No it's because William's his kid that he is so well mannered, yes yes yes it's definitely because of his good genes!!!!!.

Suddenly Xiao Juetian raised his head and saw his eldest son who was six years old being held by a maid as he buried his little head in the maid's giant boson with a lecherous expression on his face....

*Cough*

Well coming back.

Sometimes William would become a little mischievous and hide away from all the servants making everyone worry sick for him.

Although he returned every time before dinner, his disappearance still made everyone anxious for the entire day.

Maybe because of his cute face or his calm demeanor completely opposite to that of a child, William was adorned by all the servants as well.

"The yound master went missing again!!"

Xiao Juetian shaked his head in resignation as he saw the chef run out of the kitchen and start searching for William instead of making the breakfast.

"Young master!!"

Xiao Juetian was stunned speechless as he saw the old man burst out crying for being unable to find William.

'F*ck why is someone as old as you crying?'

Still remembering his cute son's face, Xiao Juetian also grew a bit worried as he went around and started searching the area with his profound energy.

On top of the Xiao family's manor, a small kid with bright red hair could be seen lying down comfortably on the slanted roof as he basked in the gentle sunlight.

William, the cause of all the commotion happening downstairs was letting out cute snores as if having the time of his life.

"So this is where you have been you little devil."

Hearing the gentle voice, William's closed eyes opened up as he hoped back on his feets and rushed towards the voice without any hesitation.

"Mother", he shouted in a cheerful voice as he jumped at the bosom of the lady.

Feeling the soft and comfortable feeling against his head William thought in his mind.

'Ah I've become spoilt....'

After all the last two years were definitely the most comfortable years of his life.

Not having the need to move a single muscle for anything, being able to eat any food he liked without any resevation, and the best thing for some reason his body dosen't grow fat no matter how much he eats always maintaining a healthy body composition.

"Ho ho you think acting cute will help you get away?", The lady said as she stretched William's cheeck with her hands.

"Imm sowwyyy", As he looked at his mother with teary eyes.

'God I've become shameless....'

What do you expect?after those starting months of breastfeeding and wetting his blanket William has long given up on his dignity.

'Tsk cursed diaper rash.....'

"haaah what do I do with you", Sighing in resignation, the lady picked up William as she jumped back on the ground.

"How did you manage to get up there anyway", Looking back up at the two story tall building the lady mumbled as she turned her head towards William only to see him giving her a 'I don't know anything look'.

Once again releasing a sigh the lady walked back towards the inner palace.

As soon as she stepped in the hall, the entire place quite down.

Just as William was having a bad premonition.

"Young Master!!!!!!", It was like a signal as every servant in the hall quickly rushed upto them.

'What a bunch of pain in my as*', Although William cursed in his mind, on the outside he put up a dazzling smile soothing the heart of everyone looking at him.

"Out of my way", Suddenly an old voice rang out as the servants in front were all pushed away.

'Oh no', Hearing the familiar voice, William quickly acted like he had fallen asleep.

*Strech*

Unfortunately a soft hand stretched his cheek forcing him to let go of his act.

Knowing what his mother wanted to say, William reluctantly turned his head and looked at the old man standing before him with a smile on his old face.

But looking at the tear strains at the corners of the old man's eyes as well as the tree branch stuck on his head, William felt a bit guilty....

Only a bit though...

Extending hai hand, William grabbed the branch and pulled it out of the old man's head, making the old man shake for some reason.

Not minding about the old man anymore, William hopped out from his mother's arms and ran towards his room.

Behind him the happy screams of the old man rang out, which made goosebumps appear all over William's body.

Coming to his room, William closed the door shut as he called out in his mind.

'Status how long?'

[360 days left]

'Less than a year now.....", William thought as he layed down on his bed.

*knock*knock*

"Young master the grand master is calling for you.", The maid behind the door said in a sweet voice.

Hearing the voice, William got out of bed and replied in a calm voice.

"I'll be there in five minutes."

"Would you like me to help you dress young master?"

Slightly raising his brow, William said.

"Yes you may"

*Bang*

Suddenly the door opened up with a loud bang as a maid with a bright smile on her face quickly rushed in with clothes in her hand.

Looking at the maid who was huffing loudly while staring at him, William took a small step back.

"Hehe don't worry young master I will make sure to be gentle...."

Looking at his reflection in the mirror, William nodded in satisfaction.

Turning his head, William saw the maid sitting down on the ground while clutching her nose with a cloth stopping the red liquid from coming out.....

Shaking his head William got out of him room and started walking towards his father's courtyard.

Coming in front of the door, the guards nodded at him with a smile as they opened the door revealing a man sitting on a grand chair with a dignified expression on his face.

Walking in with calm footsteps William stood before his father and said in a respectful manner.

"I have arrived father"

"Mhm", Looking at his son following all the procedures properly, the old man couldn't help but smile as he said.

"The doctor has taught you well Lian'er"

A wry smile appeared on William's face as he remembered how that old man started teaching him about manners a few week ago.

"Well then....."

The old man's expression sharpened as he continued in an emotionless voice.

"I called you here to tell you that we will be visiting the palace tonight to attend the banquet organised by the royal family."

Sensing the odd atmosphere, William also started paying his full attention towards his father's words.

"I know that you are smarter than your age Lian'er so let me get straight to the point."

"The royal family will most likely hold a small competition for the younger generation, I want you to ace the match so that we can manipulate the king into marrying his youngest daughter to you."

'The king's daughter hmmm what was her name again? well whatever never liked her anyway....', William quickly thought and remembered about the good-for-nothing princess.

Although William never thought good about the useless princess whose only identity in the series was Yun Che's sex partner number who knows what, he still nonetheless nodded towards his father showing that he understood.

"Although our Xiao family will take over the royal palace anyway, it never hurts to have some extra insurance.....", The old man mumbled in a small voice as he looked at his two year old son.

For some reason he couldn't help but think that the princess would be the one gaining most from the marriage.....

"Father why didn't you asked the elder brother instead of me?", William suddenly asked as he remembered his perverted and useless elder brother.

"....."

"Do you really need to ask?....."

"No I'm sorry, forget that I ever said anything..."
