William silently left the alley while carrying Naaza in his arms.

*Thunder*

Heavy rain fell from the dark clouds.

William's entire cloak was soaking wet due to the rain.

But a thing to note was that none of the rain drops dropped on Naaza's unconscious body.

Whenever a rain drop was about to land on her body.

*swish*

An almost unnoticeable wind would intercept it and prevent it from dropping on Naaza.

This simple trick done using the wind magic, if seen by other mages, would make them start doubting their lives.

Perfect control!

But William wasn't thinking about such things.

In fact he was remembering the scene from before.

After following God Miach's voice William reached a dark alley.

It did take long.

He managed to find God Miach in less than 5 minutes.

After all it's not like his new animal ears are some godly item which can help him hear sounds from miles away or anything.

William stood on the rooftop and looked down at the figure of God Miach asking for help from Dian Cecht.

William saw the entire scene of Dian making fun of God Miach without saying anything.

He saw how Dian shut the door right on God Miach's face.

He saw how God Miach went from one place to another asking for help.

He saw how God Miach was rejected again and again and again.

Why did Williiam acted in such a way?

It's because..

William wanted to know.

He wanted to know if a God would abandon his child, he wanted to know if God Miach would get angry and start cursing at others, he wanted to know if he would give up and be like 'Ah whatever I can just recruit another member'.....

He wanted to know if a God was different from a human.

In the meanwhile William also sent a message to the adventurer trio, telling them to come to his location with valis and potions.

He was ready to help God Miach regardless of what choice he makes.

Even if he were to abandon Naaza.

But if he did choose that then William swore to never help him again in the future.

And so he waited.

Seconds turned into minutes and minutes turned into hours.

*Pitter-patter*

Rain started falling down as dark gray coloured clouds covered the dungeon city of Orario.

Even after hours of walking and getting rejected there was not a single sign of anger towards others on his face.

What was his motivation?

Why did he bother to go through such difficulty for a mortal even though he was an immortal who had lived for more than a millennium.

It's not like this would be the first death that he had seen.

Then why did he cared?

William wanted to see more, to find the cause that helped him push forward.

But perhaps his body has reached it's limit.

As he fell down on the wet floor.

William didn't wait any longer as he jumped down from the rooftop and started going towards God Miach.

He saw the blisters and cuts that God Miach had accumulated on his feets.

William quickly took out a potion and applied it on his feet, not caring about the dirt on them.

Just When William was about to call for Eldest lackey to come and provide support.

He saw it.

William managed to see the motivation behind God Miach's struggle.

He saw how God Miach's mind was unconscious but his body still refused to let go of his child.

It was so simple yet hard to understand.

William looked at the face of Naaza sleeping comfortably on the white bed with bandages covering her body.

The figure of the God with blue coloured hair, who always smiled even in the harshest time came into his mind.

"This love of yours..."

William said in a small voice.

"I can understand it not..."

William remembered the scene of God Miach tightly holding on to his child.

"But acknowledge it I shall"

*Clank*

William turned his head towards the person who just entered.

She had long silver hair and purple eyes just like a beautiful doll.

'Airmid Teasanare'

"I have brought the necessary materials for treatment"

Airmid said to William while pulling up a brown coloured bag.

William dosen't say anything and quickly leaves the room.

"It's done"

Airmid came out of the room and said to William who has been waiting there since the start.

"Thank you for your help"

William said in a polite tone and gave her the bag with valis.

Airmid didn't stand on ceremony and took the valis while giving a small bow towards William and then leaving.

"Inform God Miach that his familia member has been treated"

"Yes boss"

Eldest Lackey quickly left after getting William's order.

"You two stand guard"

"Yes"X2

William also left the place after placing lackey no. 2 and lackey no.3 to guard the place.
