"Why didn't you like Xen Li? She's cute and smart! Man, if I were you I will accept her love letter." My friend, Dexter said as soon as the teacher leaves the classroom.

"Why not? Or are you interested in Lisa?"

I sigh, "Dexter, I am not interested in anyone. Now, I have to review for our next class, I need to be alone."

"B-but, Ellis, you must tell me how girls only liked you?" He begs and I cover his face with my notebook.

"Dex, let him be. Ellis is smart, that's why girls loved him. In short, you have to study harder."

Anthony, the class representative chimed in.

"Well, if that's the case. But! I have a good-looking face!" Dexter is not trying to give up.

I sigh and got up from my seat.

"I need to visit the library," I say to them and Dexter kept quiet, indicating that I am quite pissed.
