[GRIFFIN'S POV]

"Is that you, Fin? Sorry, if it is sudden. I don't know if you are still living in the same place, but I just want to make sure that you are fine. Because... I'm here outside of your place, please say something."

My eyes widen as soon as I heard he's been waiting outside of my place. I did not check my phone for hours as soon as I got home earlier, I left it here in my room, so that is why there are a few missed calls and text messages from Von.

"Yes, I'm still here. I'll be out in a minute."

I replied through the call.

I grab a jacket because of the crazy weather here, it can be sunny, cloudy or a sudden rain will pour, it has moods in this country.

But I will be quick.

When I got out of the room, there's still signs of empty cans of beers and bones of chickens from the table, and I see Eryx laying on the sofa bed, snoring.
