77. A Short Kiss to Coax

I follow Elian silently into the mansion.

He guides me through and through the intricately woven hallways with ease and it makes me wonder how often he had come here before that makes him such an expert through navigating the paths.

The interiors of the mansion are as glorious, if not more, as the exterior. The path is layered with a thick red carpet and the hallways are decorated with occasional vases of flourishing flowers set on top of a stone pedestal. The path sort of resembles the hidden pathway in Sommet du Ciel, where Elian and I shared our first kiss.

"My lord." A butler appears out at the turn of the hallway and he carries a wooden box in his embrace. That must be the first aid kit or as they refer to, the medicinal box.
