Leaving Tracks
When they headed out, Neal was trying to push the mafia away. He stepped inside the car with his sulking face. Meanwhile, A smirk was still plastered across Knox's cheeks.
He adjusted the rearview and then turned on the engine. "Do you want to go somewhere?" he asked.
Neal rolled his eyes back to the man. "And what? You gonna follow me around like a dog again?" he snorted, crossing his arms.
Knox handsomely chuckled at this statement, putting his hands on the driving wheel. He then started the ride. "You can just ignore me like the way you used to, but I will not allow you to be alone. Doctor Ava said that you are still recovering and making you go there is a little dangerous." He explained.
At this point, the vampire could sense that the mafia man was really concerned. He averted his gaze outside the window, then fell silent.
