The Calm

A few days later…

Alfie was in the passenger of a military jeep heading through the base, Alfie had his legs up on the dashboard while his ivy cap hat covered his face.

The situation between him and the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents were already over, the day they had a showdown in Howard's suite was the same day they were sent back to their time, unwillingly.

Alfie left Fitz awake as he forced him to work with Howard to make the time machine function again, and unlike Fitz who was unwilling to do it, Howard was like a kid who ate a cup full of sugar.

There were a few times Fitz tried to crash Alfie's plan to send them back to their time, but Alfie either showed him the painful side of acupuncture or how tiring one can be from getting beat up repeatedly after healing.

It put the young man on the right path and not to waste any more time.

The other agents woke up later and also tried to stop Alfie but the guy just paralyzed most of them, seeing their efforts not working they tried to talk Alfie into stopping his plans but he ignored them and just kept watch.

Daisy and Mack even tried to persuade Alfie and rock his decisions about his future and what they knew about him but Alfie held strong not getting his mood changed by their words.

During the hours Howard and Fitz worked, Alfie noticed that Coulson was different, different than the one he knew in the MCU.

He did have his suspicions since the moment he saw Coulson considering the agent died in the first avengers movie.

Alfie's first thought was that it was a butterfly effect due to him maybe saving him in the future, but there wasn't much thought of him joining the avengers or anything, unless some things have changed.

But that was something to think about in the future.

And all in all the agents were sent back to their time screaming, Alfie had thoughts about them coming back but Howards theory of time traveling changed his mind and put him at ease.

And with that, Alfie got rid of every memory of the group of time-traveling agents.

He wondered how they could be so unprofessional, he might have to pay attention to S.H.I.E.L.D. more in the future and make sure they don't go into deep shitt.

But now he cleared his mind of them, and for a few days he spent it using it to rid the Stidda familia, and even had a cup of coffee with Don Caló.

Now Don Caló and his mafia took over more than 90% of Italy's territory in the underworld.

He also took the time to get used to his grappling gun, getting familiar and made it almost second nature to shoot the rope and trigger the pulley easily.

And as he spent his days like that he finally got the call, the call for all leaders to gather, which means the interrogation on the Scientist has finally ended.

And now it was time to plan out an all out attack against the Red Skull.

Which is why Alfie was now heading to the base, though a bit groggy and tired.

The young man who was giving him a ride was the one who had his helmet signed by Alfie some time ago, but Alfie doesn't know that.

The young man tried to talk but Alfie went straight to sleep after getting in the passenger seat, so it was a quiet ride.

But now they stopped, but Alfie still lay there sleeping, and the young man called him repeatedly but there was no answer.

Until the young man tapped him in the shoulder.

"Mmh??" Alfie moaned as he slowly took his cap off.

"Ah sir, we have arrived."

"Did we?" Alfie asked as he got up yawning and stretching.

"Thanks for the smooth ride, private." Alfie got off before throwing back a roll of a few dollars in tip for the young private to catch excitedly.

As Alfie made his way through a few gates packed with guards standing watch due to the recent breakouts and all, every soldier Alfie passed had stood high, chest pumped, and their hands in salute.

Alfie with a cup of coffee on his left drank as he waved his right hand in response.

Every (almost) soldier in the base not only knew about the name Alfie McBride but also admired him along with Steve Rogers, and there were many reasons why.

But Alfie had gotten tired and indifferent with the praises and such while Steve would tirelessly wave and smile or even stop to sign autographs.

Alfie would sometimes avoid people and disappear before a large crowd of fans.

As Alfie entered the main building where the commanders gathered for strategy, Alfie scanned the place and saw familiar faces.

The Colonel was there, Steve was there, Peggy was there along with Bucky, Hames and a few other known Commandos and Wardogs.

But everyone wasn't really strategizing at the moment, most were talking having a leisure time.

The Colonel was on another table going through some new updates in a satellite view image.

Steve was facing Bucky and James as he leaned back in the large round tables where young soldiers ran back and forth leaving important files on it where there is also a big map on it.

Peggy was on the other side of the table signing things with a desk worker.

No one seemed to have caught his presence yet so he took the chance to mess with someone, Peggy was the closest so he tiptoed over to her and raised his fingers wiggling it before…

"BOO!!"

Alfie yelled out loud enough for the whole room of people to turn their heads their way, Colonel glared right at Alfie as he held the bridge of his nose.

Steve sighted hopelessly, while a few chuckled, but not everyone was humorous.

Some stared at Alfie dissatisfied with his childish horseplaying.

Back to Peggy, she jumped and for a second almost even turned around and executed one of her lethal takedowns but didn't.

For a second she wondered who would be so immature and play but a millisecond later an idiot with a grin appeared in her mind.

Peggy pursed her lips and slowly turned around to face the smiling Alfie as she closed her eyes.

Alfie stood there smiling, while Agent Peggy Carter glared at Alfie with great frustration.

Most people paused waiting to see what she would do when the Colonel spoke.

"Glad you could finally join us, McBride, but do that again and you just might lose those hands to Agent Carter." The Colonel said as he came up to the circular big table.

"Now that everyone is here, we will get started but before we do I suggest you get comfortable because we will be here for a while." Colonel Phillips said before he went back to what he did before.

Everyone went to work and Alfie looked back at Peggy who tried her best to either avoid him or not strike him.

Steve was making an excuse to the others as he was making his way to Alfie and Peggy before he made things worse.

But before Steve arrived Alfie poked.

"Why didn't you say you and Steve slept together? That is nothing to be embarrassed about, this is a great thing to celebrate!!" Alfie said with a smile.

Peggy on the other hand, had a horrified expression.

She tried to speak but she turned her head to the man himself, Steve who was coming their way, and by the time he was close enough she spoke before Steve could get a chance to say anything.

Peggy got close to Steve and positioned herself so no one could see her pulling Steve down by his tie and spoke.

"You told him?!" Peggy hissed as she had her eyebrows scrunched up looking at Alfie.

Steve looked confused as he looked back and forth from Alfie and her.

"Tell him what?.." Steve asked a bit nervously.

Peggy didn't say anything but raised an eyebrow and moved her head in a gesture that Steve was able to get.

"Tha-that?! N- what?! No!! Why would I tell him that?!" Steve said stammering.

It was then that the two donned a face of confusion as they slowly looked at Alfie.

Alfie smiled, the very smile Peggy was growing to hate, and one that was getting on Steve's nerves.

Steve stared at Alfie with nervousness as he gulped, Peggy was glaring at him with a twitching face.

"So you know?" Steve asked.

"Yup." Alfie simply said to the annoyance of Peggy.

"How? Who told you?"

"You two." Alfie said.

"What?" Peggy asked as he looked back at Steve again.

"To be honest I wasn't actually sure, until you confirmed it by the way you both acted." Alfie said.

"..."

"..."

You can imagine both of Steve and Peggy's face as they seemed speechless as they looked back and forth at each other.

Peggy did a small glare at Steve signaling him to handle this, and so he did.

"Umm, Al...this- just keep this between us, we don't need-" No doubt Steve wanted to keep the relationship between him and Peggy quiet for a while as there are more important matters at hand.

But Alfie stopped him.

"You both don't need to worry, I'm just happy for you two, I'm a bit heartbroken that you wouldn't tell me about it but it's alright, I forgive thy love birds." Alfie said.

"Come here buddy." Alfie said as he walked up and did a one arm hug on Steve before looking at Peggy.

Steve was a bit weirded out, for the fact that he saw a bit of tear on the side of Alfie's eyes, and he wondered what was there to be happy about.

Ignorant to the fact that his virginity has been a goal for Alfie to get rid of.

Steve saw Alfie walk up to Peggy with his arms open going for a bear hug, and Steve knew it wouldn't end well so he tried to stop his advance when he saw Peggy smile.

And so Steve stopped.

Not only was he but Alfie was also surprised that Peggy didn't put up any defenses for a hug, and so Alfie went and gave her a bear hug and lifted her up a little bit.

A few eyes turned their way in confusion, no one has ever seen the cold Agent Carter being touched so intimately.

Either it doesn't happen or someone gets hurt.

And they were right.

*BZZZTT*

"OHHH-AAGGHHHH- WHAT THE FUUGGHHH!!"

Alfie glitched and had spasms as he slowly fell down.

This brought all the eyes towards them again, first to Alfie who was having episodes of shakes then to Peggy, who brought up a small device which looked to be a tazer.

James and Bucky who were at the side laughed as Steve stood between the spasming Alfie and observant Peggy not knowing if he should worry about Alfie or advise Peggy on her temper.

At this moment a war hero was taken out by an agent, showing the others the man isn't as invincible as he is in their minds.

In Alfie's vision he saw Steve, Peggy, Bucky and then the Colonel come to each side and looked down on him.

"If you're done, get your ass off of my floor." Colonel said before he handed everyone a file or two before walking up to the big roundtable map.

Alfie is slowly but surely getting up, before Steve handed him his files.

Peggy happened to pass Alfie when she spoke.

"If you're wondering what that was, that was one of your designs that Howard was working on, you remember right? The taser?" Peggy asked but not expecting an answer as she just looked away finished dealing with Alfie.

Alfie eyed Steve expressing his complaint, Steve on the other hand pursed his lips trying not to smile before he shrugged his shoulders.

"The scientist has revealed Johann's whereabouts, along with every hidden alliance and locations of relations with HYDRA.

The problem is the red bastard would be expecting us to come knocking through his door soon enough, and so he will pull back every men he's got and position himself in the best defense.

Worst of all, all the big guns are located at their base and to tell you the truth our chances of fully surviving a head on battle is damn near shitt." Colonel said as he used a stick to move an emblem logo of a red skull with tentacles to the middle of the alps.

"So I suggest we start brainstorming and figure out inside those asshole's bases." Colonel said.

The war strategy began, a lot of commanders would either suggest strategic routes and plays as a map of the alps was brought in.

As they went on Alfie brought in a topic and advised the Colonel to get rid of the scientist Zola either by being imprisoned for life or outright ending him.

Some were not in agreement as a debate also started with some agreeing and some disagreeing, Colonel Phillips put a stop to it immediately saving the topic for later.

Steve was quiet as he was going through his own strategies inside his head, the Super Soldier Serum did not only give Steve his speed, strength, and physique but also improved his mind.

And so he did some brainstorming on the side, but unlike the canon it was different this time, Alfie was here and Steve was also including him in the plan.

And when the time came when Steve spoke his mind, Alfie also added in his thoughts and what else could be done.

11:00 pm

Time passed and the commanders went out for a rest as well as some preparations as in three days the full scale attack would commence.

The Colonel walked on his own to the building he is staying on to make a call to the Chief-In-General.

It was also brought up during the plans that they should call to France and talk to General Eisenhower to provide more troops for the attack.

The Colonel paused as someone walked up to him.

"If you're here about that damn scientists then don't even bother, I'm leaving it to the higher ups." Colonel Phillips said as he walked on past Alfie.

"It's not about that…" Alfie said.

"Well then what is it? I don't have the time to waste on you." The Colonel said.

"No sir, it's not about that...it's about some new friends who are willing to fight with us." Alfie said.

The Colonel paused before slowly looking back at Alfie.

At 5:00 when the sun started to rise, Steve was shirtless and sleeping in his tent comfortably when someone barged in and walked straight to the muscle man.

The man reached and grabbed Steve's shoulder only for Steve to jerk up and grab the man in the throat.

Steve looked up to see Alfie.

"Paranoid much?"

"Al?...what are you doing here?" Steve asked as he let go of Alfie and apologized.

"Get dressed, you're coming with me."

"Where to?"

"To meet a friend, or possibly a potential enemy." Alfie said.

Steve got dressed as he still asked questions but Alfie went outside not waiting for Steve which prompted the man of america to rush after him.

The two soon reached the port where most traveling boats come and go.

Steve hopped off the military jeep amd followed Alfie who still kept quiet and hummed as they made their way through the tidy area full of fisherman and so on.

At the end of the floating stepways, a ship was there, all black and some red linings here and there.

The logo on it would have been HYDRA if it weren't painted over it and a painted font named "Deliosa" was written over it.

No one was near the ship, as the wooden walkways were empty for a few meters out, authorities were notified but thanks to Captain Alfred McBride nothing happened other than some police watching here and there.

As the two got closer, Steve noticed that most of the people near it were women, actually they were all women, as he hadn't seen any men yet.

The thing was these few women were wearing armor and using swords, bows, and other bladed weapons as...well weapons.

Some were beautiful, some were muscular and looked tough, while others looked tough and beautiful with athletic physique.

"Al, what is going on? And who are they?" Steve asked a bit worried, there were civilians here and the group of women did not look friendly.

"You'll see." Alfie said.

When they finally walked up the walkway that leads straight to the ship and the group of women.

The group of amazons seeing this went on alert, Alfie followed by Steve got close and still walked which made the amazons finally move.

"Halt!!" One of the Amazons rushed up pretty quick and unsheathed a blade on her hip before it appeared on Alfie's neck, the others behind also had their weapons out.

"State your business!!" The woman said as he looked at the two men with disgust.

"Uhhh, we come in peace?" Alfie said chuckling.

The woman holding the blade against Alfie scoffed before she kicked out on Alfie's side, making him kneel down.

"I won't ask again." The woman said aggressively.

Steve tried to walk up and calm them down but Alfie already made his move.

Alfie his right hand over the handle of the woman's sword and pulled the handle towards him and the blade side away before disarming the woman.

As she was taken by surprise Alfie grabbed one of the straps on the side of her armor before he pulled and made her turn, she tried to elbow Alfie but he easily blocked the strike with his elbow and shoved her before making a few more pulls and push and had her kneeling instead of him.

The Amazons saw one of their sisters kneeling facing them as the sword she had on Alfie slowly came from her shoulders and the cold blade touched her neck.

This alarmed the others as the others stood and some drew their bows with arrows notched ready.

Again Steve tried to calm the situation before another voice made its way to their ears.

"That is enough. Seize your weapons!!"

The groups of women didn't do anything other than putting their weapons down, the two men on the other hand looked up on the boat.

A woman around her early to mid-20's sat on top of a roofing there leaning on her spear with her light brownish hair.

Of course, she was also beautiful.

She had a white dress that covered one side of her legs while the other side showed her legs.

Alfie smiled, not hiding his eyes from gazing wherever his man mind commands him to.

While Steve had to look down, he gulped as he focused before looking back at her eyes, and staying on her eyes.

These Amazons didn't appear to be white alone, they were all Amazons but their ethnicity were also from many other races.

Alfie wasn't sure but there was something he read upon, that the mythical Amazons would sometimes ambush ships and infiltrate the ships before raping the men in there and taking their seeds.

After that they would return to their island, and nine months later new children were born.

They would then train those who were born females, and only god knows what would be the fate of the male newborns.

"And who might you be?" The woman sitting on the roof of the boat asked.

Alfie let go of the woman he held and gave her blade back.

And as he looked at the woman on the roof he could feel the glares of the many women around.

The amount of "cockblock" was great, even the best players couldn't survive a second of flirting as if they don't survive the glares the weapons will kill them instead.

"I am Alfie McBride, I believe I'm here to meet your princess." Alfie said.

A few Amazons murmured speaking among themselves.

"Oh and this is my BFF Steve Rogers, he is already taken." Alfie said.

The Amazons had a confused expression donned on their faces, wondering what 'BFF' or 'Taken' even means.

Even Steve wanted to ask what a BFF is and to stop Alfie from saying anymore about his relationship with Peggy.

The woman uses her long spear to fall in an arc to the ship's side before perching just above Alfie and Steve.

"...you are pretty, tell me is your beauty considered...average? Or maybe more?..." The woman said as she studied the faces of Alfie and Steve.

"Average? Hah, me and Steven here are considered some of the most handsome, the handsome duo who are also the heroes of our people." Alfie said as he put an arm around Steve and patted his chest.

Before the woman could speak up, Alfie continued.

"What about you, what is your name? Are you considered average in your island? Or are you one of the most beautiful?" Alfie asked.

Lookin around there is no doubt that there are some beauties, but the one in front of him was on another level.

"I am called Rona, and I would consider myself a rare beauty, yet there are still many who I dare not challenge, even their strength is more than I could handle." Rona said as she walked around Alfie observing and feeling.

She groped his muscles and touched the clothes he was wearing, she even grabbed his left butt cheek and moved on to his front before groping his dick.

Alfie slightly jumped up surprised at how casual Rona touched him, but remembered that this was probably their first time seeing a man, hence the "observation."

The Amazonians just watched not even changing their expressions from their alertness, if they were modern women instead, they would have caused a ruckus.

Steve was a bit worried now, definitely worried, if he doesn't do something then who knows what trouble Alfie can cause.

But before he could speak Alfie spoke instead, for some time now it seemed Steve couldn't find his voice as he kept being interrupted.

"Whoaohoho, you know that is very unladylike." Alfie said but forgot these were inexperienced Amazons.

"Unladylike? What do you mean?" Rona asked.

"Ah nothing, it's just that before a man and a woman can touch each other the way you did, they would have to buy eachother dinner first." Alfie said.

"...why would they buy dinner before touching?" She asked, completely lost.

"Well I can explain it to you further, how about we go for dinner and I will tell you everything about our manners and the way we do things.

Incan even show you around town, tell you whatever you want to know." Alfie said as he leaned in tempting her.

"Truly?" Rona asked excitedly.

Since she saw the ship, concrete glass buildings, and moving machinery she was always curious and wanted to know more.

Alas her princess told her not to stray.

"Al what are you doing?" Steve whispered.

Alfie looked at Steve, the guy was so lost, not only did he not know what they were doing there he also had no idea who these women were.

But a new voice choked in.

"We have only arrived for a few hours and yet you dare to court one of my sisters, I never took you for a womanizer, Mr.McBride." Selena said.

She came out of one of the ship doors with two women behind her back.

"Princess Selena, well it's good to see you again, as for me courting, I just wanted to show Rona around." Alfie said as he along with Steve looked at Selena.

"So you say, let me introduce you to Tora, Erza and Rona who you have already met as well as my sisters." Selena said as she gestured around all the Amazons.

"Hello, oh and this is Steve, my friend, you might know him as Captain America." Alfie said.

"Ah of course, Mr.America it is an honor to finally meet you." Selena said as she dipped her head.

"The honor is mine uh, princess, and please just call me Steve." Steve said unsure.

"Selena, please call me Selena."

Selena had a golden metal headband just like Wonder Woman would, but unlike her Amazon sisters she had a bear pelt that covered her like a big thick jacket.

"Now Alfie, I think it's time we talk about what is going on here." Steve said as he called his name fully showing he was serious.

"And so it is, Princess right this way." Alfie said before turning to Rona.

"My lady Rona, would you like to join us for a discussi-" Before Alfie could finish Selena cut in.

"Rona will stay with Tora and watch the ship." Selena said before walking ahead followed by Erza who looked Chinese.

"Some other time then." Alfie bowed before he and Steve followed after Sepena who possibly had no idea where she was going.

Rona stood there and smiled genuinely before bowing her head.

"Some other time perhaps."
