Busy Lives and Distant Friendships

As the weeks passed, Jin and Namjoon enjoyed their honeymoon while their families became caught up in their own busy lives. Shine, eager to see her friend Jungkook, made her way to the training center where Kookie resided.

"Hey Eun-Woo, have you seen Kookie?" Shine asked as she approached Eun-Woo at the dorm.

Eun-Woo greeted her, "Hey Shine, what's up? No, I haven't seen him since lunch. Is something wrong?"

Shine sighed, "Nothing serious, I just finished my training and thought of catching up with him. You remember the family drama we went through before Jin and Namjoon Oppa's wedding, post that we didn't get time to meet."

Eun-Woo nodded, understanding the significance of the events. "Of course, it was a tough time for all of you. But you know, sometimes parents surprise their children in unexpected ways."

Shine's face lit up with realization. "You're right. I was completely surprised when they planned that amazing surprise for Jin and Namjoon Oppa. They were so overwhelmed with happiness on their wedding day."

Eun-Woo agreed, having witnessed the joy firsthand. "I saw that too. Well, Shine, I wanted to talk to you about Kookie. Something seems off with him lately. He's been distant and we have no idea where he goes after training."

Shine's concern grew. "What are you saying, Eun-Woo? I noticed he was acting a bit differently, but I didn't think much of it. He tends to distance himself when something's bothering him."

Eun-Woo suggested, "Why don't you talk to him? You two have known each other since childhood, and he often confides in you."

Shine nodded, determined to reach out to his friend. "Yes, I will. That's actually why I came here, not just because of this, but because it's been a while since we've had a chance to talk. Ever since Jin and Namjoon Oppa left for their honeymoon, everyone has been so busy with their own lives. We hardly find time to connect with each other."

Eun-Woo commiserated, "It's the curse of our busy lives, isn't it? I understand completely."

Shine bid farewell to Eun-Woo, stating her intention to find Jungkook. "Okay then, I'll take your leave and search for Kookie. See you soon."

Eun-Woo smiled, "Take care of yourself, Shine. See you soon."

Shine set off in search of Jungkook, hoping to bridge the gap that had formed between them. Meanwhile, in the Kim Mansion, Mr. and Mrs. Kim engaged in a conversation in the living room.

Mrs. Kim expressed her concern, "Yebo, don't you think Tae has gotten too busy to spend time with us?"

Mr. Kim responded, "My dear wife, you feel that way because one son is on his honeymoon and the other has taken on more responsibilities. There's no one around to spend time with you."

Mrs. Kim protested, "Come on, honey, that's not true."

Mr. Kim continued, "It is true. When both of them were in college, they had more time to spend at home with you. But now, with Tae's busy schedule, you haven't been able to speak with him. And your favorite son, Jin, just got married, so you don't want to disturb him."

Mrs. Kim reluctantly agreed, "Arrasso, but besides those reasons, I genuinely feel that Tae has become really busy. He comes home late and leaves early in the morning. He isn't getting proper rest either."

Mr. Kim reassured her, "Honey, let's leave it to him. He will handle everything, and if there's something he can't handle, we're here for him, right?"

Mrs. Kim sighed, accepting his words. "Hhmm, yes, you're right. Okay, tell me, would you like coffee or tea? I'll ask the maid to prepare it for you. Go change; everyone must be waiting for us."

Mr. Kim realized the time and agreed, "You're right, I completely forgot about our dinner plans. I'll go change, and please ask the maid to make coffee for me. I'll have it in my room."

A few days later, Seo-Joon noticed that Taehyung appeared tired and approached him.

"Taehyung, what's wrong? You look exhausted today," Seo-Joon remarked.

Taehyung seemed surprised, "Hyung, when did you arrive?"

Seo-Joon countered, "I asked you first, buddy."

Taehyung sighed, "It's nothing, just work pressure. This is my first drama, so you can understand the desire to do my best."

Seo-Joon empathized, "I understand, Taehyung, but don't stress yourself too much. Stay focused, and everything will fall into place. Remember, we're here to help."

Taehyung nodded, appreciating Seo-Joon's support. "Yes, Hyung, I will."

Seo-Joon added, "And one more thing. Please take some time off. Spend time with your family, friends, and especially Jungkook. They all need your presence. As artists, our work will always be demanding, but it's our responsibility to make time for them. They understand us, but not always."

Taehyung's curiosity piqued, and he questioned Seo-Joon, "Hyung, is there something you want to talk to me about? I mean, I have shared my feelings for Jungkook with you, but you've never mentioned him like this before. Is there something I don't know?"

Seo-Joon reassured him, "Taehyung, it's nothing serious. Last week, Jungkook came to see you, but you couldn't meet because we were all busy with the shooting. I heard he waited for you for almost two hours, but it seems he had to leave. I believe he wanted to surprise you, which is why he told everyone not to mention it. Unfortunately, his surprise didn't go as planned."

Taehyung's eyes widened with surprise. "What? Jungkook came to see me here? But that's not possible. He isn't allowed to leave his company."

Seo-Joon admitted, "I'm not sure how he managed to come or with whose permission, but he was here. I saw him leaving as I arrived. He seemed really sad, so I asked the director, who filled me in. He asked me not to tell you, but since it's been a week, I thought you should know."

Thanking Seo-Joon, Taehyung took out his phone and tried calling Jungkook. However, he received the message, "The person you are trying to call is unavailable."

The situation left Taehyung feeling both concerned and determined to reach out to Jungkook.
