Chapter 5 ~Secrets~

As I got home after burning his body and my clothes in the woods, I lay in my bed and thought I was almost caught. Should I tell them? Nah- I got a text from Mari, and it read

Mari-All did.

Alice-yes ma'am

Mari-good job!!

Mari-did anyone catches you?

I hesitated but replied

Alice-no ma'am

She then said goodnight and a good job, and I paid my phone down "I'm sorry Sabrina...I wish I could explain" would she even understand if I told her anyway?

Would she care

Would she throw me under the bus?

Would she hate me?

My thoughts went everywhere, and I finally shut them up by just putting music in my ears and going to bed.

The next morning, I got an email saying -From the devil herself-

"Ugh" I thought and read it -YOUR LATE FOR WORK HURRY UP AND GET UP- I emailed her back and said-yea yea fatty go flirt with the manager- I got up and rubbed my head thinking "Man it was like a dream yesterday" I poured myself some cereal and ate Then got dressed, brushed my hair and teeth, blah blah blah, and then put my contacts in and left for work. Driving on my motorcycle felt so free, I had always wanted to fly as a kid but couldn't so, once I had enough, instead of a car I got a motorcycle. I inhaled the air and breathed, "beautiful day. To be alone" a tear fell, and I still had sorrow about my sister. I got to work and started my shift, but immediately a woman came up and started yelling about the prices, "Ma'am I'm not the one in charge of the prices"

She was about to smack me, but I caught her hand and gave her a stare that soon herein fear, "we don't like Karens like you in here, leave now" I let her hand go and her husband came up, nice and gentle, "I'm so sorry about my wife ma'am" I smiled and nodded as they left, but then my smile faded as the girl behind me at the cash register said "what a cute young man hm" I shrug knowing that he's on the board at the base, on the kill list.

His name was Andrew Williams, wanted dead for sexually abusing 5 girls at the ages of 5 and 6 Then he killed the girls but what mostly pissed me off is that he had also sexually abused four boys, but that's not the reason on the board I just did some research. After I long day and a long shift, I said bye to the younger girl and left for the base.

I walked in as usual, and some people said hi and I nodded giving no emotion.

"Heeeey! How's it going, Lucy?"

Ah yes, the playful one, she is annoying, "hey Sally..."

"You never give me much attention or a smile? Why?"

I stare at her then go to my level of board and look for another target, "hmm" I was about to pick one but then someone slammed their hand in it and whispered in my ear" you sure you can handle this one sweet cheeks? ~" I grumble and turn to come face to face with the queen/boss of this place, she's also annoying but she doesn't mind my attitude.

"Yes, I'm sure I can handle this...Mari"

She smiled and put her other hand on my other side, "Ya know you said you still haven't had your first kiss, right? Why not with me? ~" She leans in and I cover her mouth, "just because I haven't had my first kiss doesn't mean I want it with you" I glared.

"Aww so mean"

"Mhm"

She didn't seem to care, she only shrugged and walked away. That was The Siren Queen, that's her nickname At least, she may seem all flirty and kind but deep down I know that she, is the real reason my family is dead. She is half-dead, meaning She can summon anyone's soul into another's body...just like my sister.

I had a plan to go after "work" hours and sneak off into the "boss only" room where all the documents and blueprints are. And I need to find out where they put Amy's document, and see why she was chosen and who was possessing her. I snuck into the boss's office after she went to get lunch and snuck into her closet looking through the bins and shelves quietly, and then BAM I had found the keys to the document room.

I slowly snuck out and made sure that as I walked towards the document door no noise was made. I went up some stairs then walked over to a door and slowly opened it, I went in and slowly closed it a bit dense I have the keys anyway. I looked up and down, left, and right until finally, I found my sister's files right next to mine. I got curious and stuffed my sisters in my bag then grabbed mine and started to look and read,

Stepsister/stepbrother: Amy Angel

-What?!-I thought to myself, how can they know that, why isn't that in the found dead in a fire part with my parents, and why is she in my "step-sister" part? She's my blood sister.... right?

-And how do they know my real name?!- "You must be very confused" Before I could finish reading my file, I turned around quickly to see a tall blond woman that looked my age and stood quickly. I was about to speak when they suddenly rushed into my face and grabbed me by my neck then smiled as they lifted me up, tightening their grip around my throat as my feet left the safety of the ground. I opened my eyes trying to focus on who it was, but they seem like two different people, but then they giggled and I knew who they were.

"A-Amy?" I managed to choke out as they grinned even wider, "close~" they chuckled.
