If you use a digital single-lens reflex camera or a mirrorless camera, the lens is usually wide-angle and the zoom is short. In this case, you can use a special lens to shoot jewelry. The macro lens could take a very beautiful close-up photo of the jewelry and clearly show the details of the jewelry. When shooting jewelry, the choice of lens was crucial. For example, the macro lens such as the EF100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM or the RF100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM was the better photographic equipment. At the same time, it should not be assumed that using a larger aperture (such as f2.8 or f4) will make the jewelry photos taken by the macro lens brighter. Read more exciting novels for free

Hypnosis in university psychology had a certain positive significance, but there were also some aspects that needed to be treated with caution. On the positive side, hypnosis was a technique based on psychological principles. In the field of psychotherapy, it could help treat anxiety, pain management, depression, and help people quit smoking and drinking. Through hypnosis, the healer could guide the patient into a subconscious state, thereby digging out the resources in the subconscious and solving some problems that were difficult to solve at the conscious level. In terms of teaching, for example, the demonstration in the psychology class at the University of Technology could let students intuitively feel the power of psychology and deepen their understanding of psychology related knowledge. However, hypnosis was not without risks. First of all, there were individual differences in the effects of hypnosis. Not everyone could be hypnotized easily, which was closely related to the individual's psychological characteristics and brain physiological mechanism. Secondly, if hypnosis was used inappropriately, it might bring about some negative effects. For example, if the ethical and safety principles were not followed, it might violate the rights of the hypnotized person. Moreover, when hypnosis was used as a performance or demonstration, it was easy to be misunderstood as a " charlatan " because it was easy to be overly mysterious. Therefore, in the field of university psychology, hypnotism needed to be treated in a scientific and rational way. It was necessary to recognize its positive application value and pay attention to the relevant ethics and safety norms. Read more exciting novels for free
