Louis III, Louis IV
Louis Thirteen (September 27, 1601-May 14, 1643) was the second king of the French House of Bourbon. He was the son of Henry IV and Queen Mary de Medici. After the death of his father in 1610, Louis III succeeded to the throne and was regent by his mother, Mary de Medici. During his reign, he used Cardinal Ricelli to consolidate his power.
