Damien Revont is flawed by destiny. At fourteen he is stubborn, resourceful, and fiercely protective of his sister. However he carries the burden of someone forced to grow up at a young age far too soon. The strength that defines him is not raw power, but his refusal to yield, even when surrender seems inevitable.
