The CEO’s Regret: You made me your lie, I become your Loss

Amara Piers is living the dream everyone double-taps on Instagram. For ten years, Sebastian Creed hasn’t just been her husband; he’s been her entire world. As the charismatic CEO of a global empire, Sebastian is the man who has everything, yet he acts as if Amara is his only prize. The handwritten morning notes, the spontaneous anniversary trips to Paris, the way he looks at her as if she’s the only woman in the room—it was the "perfect" marriage. Or so she thought. The facade doesn’t crack; it shatters. On a mundane Thursday morning, a stranger delivers a sentence that turns Amara’s fairy tale into a psychological horror story: “Ma’am, I’m sorry... but your marriage certificate and your child’s adoption papers are both fake.” In one heartbeat, Amara realizes she isn’t a wife, and she might not legally be a mother. The man she worshipped hasn’t just been keeping secrets; he’s been orchestrating a decade-long performance. As the walls of her high-end life close in, Amara must face a terrifying reality: Sebastian Creed didn't marry her because he loved her. He "captured" her. Now, the woman who was once his greatest treasure is becoming his greatest threat. To reclaim her life and walk away from her husband's child, Amara must disappear from a man who has the resources to find anyone, anywhere. But how do you run from a man who knows your every thought before you even think it? She was the woman he claimed to love. Now, she’s the one woman he can’t be allowed to keep.

QT: Finding Meaning

*** My health has been very poor this year alongside loosing my mother-in-law and cat so I'm sorry but this will be rewritten and finished when I'm well, I'm doing it all offline in my rare creative moments, hopefully with a more mature touch *** [WARNING: Mature Themes (smut, violence, murder, suicide, domestic violence, etc.)] --------- Waking up naked and alone with a murderer, without a single memory, she relies on System to understand her existence in another person's body. --------- Still don't know if you should read me? Here's a quick breakdown to help you make up your mind if this novel is right for you: This is my own twist on the QuickTransmigration System genre, giving it a more 'spiritual' twist. It explores sensitive themes throughout each arc and I will do my best to give trigger warnings at the start of chapters containing them. It is written in the first person and revolves around a female lead (FL). This is a weak-to-strong novel, she will have heavy flaws and make repeated mistakes and seem generally weak at the start, bear with her as she grows. Romance is a heavy theme within the story that contains a lot of smut, with more than one character. However, there is only one male lead in the end. The story is less about fluffy romance, instead, it's a journey of growth and self-discovery, revolving around the main storyline. Although, each Arc will have its own separate storyline that will have an impact on the main storyline with both new and reoccurring characters (so skipping arcs is not advised). I have currently written the rough drafts for four arcs at the point of writing this: 1. Ghosts & Guns 2. How do you keep a child alive in the Zombie Apocalypse? 3. Abducted by Aliens 4. Freed by the Fae Folk 5. .... --------- --------- Cover Art made by myself, using nightcafe AI Art, check out my page, I'm attempting to make novel art and character art for each arc: https://creator.nightcafe.studio/u/Raychbunni

The meaning of innocence
" Everything is innocent " could be an artistic expression, but it also had moral implications. In the field of art, for example, Qi Baishi painted a picture of " Persimmons " with the title " Everything is Innocent ", using the meaning of the painting, the combination of persimmons and other elements to express a beautiful expectation. In the Chinese painting " Everything is Innocent ", there was a similar situation where the beautiful meaning was conveyed through the elements of the picture. From a moral point of view," innocence in everything " emphasized the quality of maintaining innocence in life. This quality was considered extremely precious, as priceless as gold. It symbolized innocence and integrity, and advocated people to pursue a pure and noble life.

How is the Loss of Innocence Represented in American Novels?
The loss of innocence in American novels can also be about the loss of childhood ideals. In 'The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn', Huck starts with a simple and somewhat innocent view of life on the Mississippi. But as he travels with Jim and witnesses the evils of slavery and the hypocrisy of the adults around him, he loses his innocent perspective. He has to grapple with complex moral issues that are far from the carefree world he initially knew, which is a significant loss of innocence.

Urgent! Find the true meaning of the theory of innocence
Presumption of innocence refers to the right of the accused to be presumed innocent in criminal proceedings. This means that unless there is conclusive evidence that the accused is guilty, they should be presumed innocent. The true meaning of the Presumption of Innocence was that the law could not punish the accused for his negligence or criminal behavior, but should protect the rights of the accused through the Presumption of Innocence. If the accused were found innocent, then they could not be charged or punished, which helped to uphold the principles of justice, equality, and freedom. In criminal proceedings, it was usually necessary to provide evidence to prove that the accused was guilty, and the deduction of innocence was the key to ensuring the reliability and authenticity of the evidence. If the accused are found innocent, the evidence proving their guilt must be unreliable or they must have a legal or dispositive right to plead not guilty. Presumption of innocence is an important judicial principle, which aims to protect the rights of the accused and fair judicial procedures, and also helps to maintain social justice and the fairness of the law.

What is the meaning of the ending of the novel of life's innocence?
The ending of Life Is Innocent meant that after many struggles and tribulations, the protagonist realized that he was not the embodiment of sin, but a wounded soul. Through communication and mutual understanding with others, he found inner peace and tolerance, and finally chose to forgive himself and start a new life. This ending conveyed a positive message, that no matter what kind of experience, there was a chance to start over and find inner harmony and happiness. As the theme of the novel usually explored the complexity of human nature and morality, the author adopted an open ending, which allowed the reader to interpret and extend the story according to their own experiences and perspectives, and thus deeply consider the good and evil of human nature, moral boundaries, and the meaning of life. Read more exciting novels for free
