Alexander McQueen (March 17, 1969-February 11, 2010), formerly known as Lee Alexander McQueen, was a famous British fashion designer. He was known as the "bad boy of fashion" and was regarded as the godfather of British fashion.

The Queen of England awarded him the Commander of the British Empire.
McQueen's designs combined the two extremes of weakness and strength, tradition and modern, rigor and change. His works often expressed emotional power, natural energy, and romantic and modern sense in a wild way, which was highly recognizable.
