Imagine if someone with a personality that is the absolute antithesis of Sonic the Hedgehog besides morally is somehow given a second chance at life, emerging not just as any character, but specifically as Anti-Sonic from the Archie Comics universe. Someone who embodies traits that are diametrically opposed to Sonic’s vibrant energy and free spirit, being reborn amidst a world that thrives on speed, anarchy, and decadence. The Twelve don't recruit operatives — they inherit them. Caleb woke up wearing Liam Harlow's skin: dead man, active file, handler waiting in Brussels, three years of behavioral baseline already on record and already starting to drift. The Ledger runs on corruption — binary contracts pushing toward darker choices, Tier 1 skills unlocking at twelve points, Tier 2 at twenty-seven, assassination and alchemy already online and the moral cost clearly visible in the accounting. He carries broad knowledge of the Killing Eve universe and a system calibrated to exploit every threshold he hits. Gregor, the handler closest to seeing through him, attributes the shift to professional growth — the most dangerous mercy anyone has shown him. Jess is the genuine connection the system has already flagged as an exploitable variable. The mask is beginning to wear like skin. The Ledger wants more. It always does.

Mei Hatsume had always been a bright child with an obsession for tinkering. One day, while looking through the attic, she finds an old game and a console from the pre-Quirk era. She decides to give it a try and instantly falls for a character called Metal Sonic. After finishing the game, an idea comes to mind: what if she created her own hero? Her own walking billboard for her babies?

Sonic the Hedgehog, as we all know in love is the fastest blue blur in fiction. Sonic is the heart of every adventurer, exploring countless landscapes in his quest to save his friends from the big bad. Naturally, he is a cocky friend of a friend circle who loves to joke and be casually unserious with his friends but he knows well about the line of difference between a joke and a grave seriousness. But what if his moral compass becomes twisted in an unfaithful day? This is a fan made story of Sonic the Hedgehog, taking place in a dystopian fictional timeline between Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic Adventures, taking you to the journey where everything goes wrong and Sonic is being hunted by the government under the influence of Dr. Ivo Robotnik.
