-synopsis- Ren, a youthful Japanese man in his final year of high school, has experienced things differently from other people throughout his life. He could inexplicably tell if someone was lying, pick a card pack with the best hit in it every time, and somehow get full marks on some tests while doing poorly in others. It was truly bazar to others as they couldn’t determine if it was luck or skill, and neither could he, but everyone else eventually came to the same conclusion, that Ren was creepy. People avoided him, tried to bully him, and wanted to use him for their own benefit. This led Ren to grow up with an aversion of forming deep relationships with people out of the fear that they’ll react negatively towards him once again, thus always keeping others at arm's length. Only his mother showed him what it was like to truly love someone, doing everything she could for her beloved son. After relocating to a big city before starting high school, Ren did his best to fit in like a normal person, not wanting to make his mother worry, and always played along with her whims. He now participates in school actively, and has even made friends, even if they aren’t the deepest of friendships. Ren always knew he was different, he just didn’t know how different until he finds himself suddenly face-to-face with a God. -comments- I had a few goals for writing this story, but this will come to light way down the line (probably in several years). I decided to go in the opposite direction from plots of similar stories. That's why I'll get most of the romance out of the way in the first 2 parts (loose plan). The rest of the parts will focus on world building and action. If you think the protagonist is overpowered at the start... -the picture is AI generated and not an accurate reflection of the story. -I am a fulltime worker who writes irregularly and slowly (physical typing speed). I write when I can and will post once monthly. -nudity is depicted, but it is not of the 'ecchi' genre (hate panty shots and needless fan service that doesn't add to character development). -Intercourse happens but is not detailed. -this is a war stricken world, so unsavory things happen. Please keep that in mind for things unsaid but implied. I try to keep things as lighthearted as possible while trying to keep it as realistic as possible. -I wrote this as if watching it in my head, which influenced the writing style. Such as when reading novels, if there are multiple characters, I sometimes find it hard to distinguish who's talking as I can see multiple characters saying what was written. I decided to always make it clear who's talking, so it turned into a book/script/anime hybrid. -any feedback, including typos, are much appreciated. If the opportunity presented itself, sure, why not? However, I can't justify the risks for pursuing something I don't have an absolute diehard passion for. I have immense respect for those who can pursue it and overcome the obstacles. I sincerely apologise to anyone reading it in its early days and wishes for more content. I only thought of stories for myself for many years, but I found myself forgetting parts of my stories. That's why I decided to write them down and record them online, leaving a piece of me out there for hopefully eternity. My goal is not short-term, but very long-term. Hi, I’m Molly Morris. Dog kennel worker, apocalypse survivor, and all around very weird person. This is the story of how I survived the animalistic apocalypse. Your average person would crawl up into a little ball and just cry and let themselves die. Luckily for me, I am not the average person. Guess what? The first thing I did was. I went to the place I work. I know crazy right most people would be glad in the apocalypse that they don’t have to go to work anymore but nope, I went to work first thing and saved some of my precious fur babies. After that, I only did what was appropriate and rated grocery stores and set up provisions and other things I would need to survive. Once I was finished with all that though things started to take a crazy turn. I got powers the dogs I managed to save that powers my personal dog. Well, I’ll let you figure that out in the story.
