Et puis, je me suis réveillée en pyjama de soie avec une seconde chance. Le truc, quand on sait que l'apocalypse arrive, c'est qu'on se prépare. J'ai vidé les supermarchés, volé des armes, rempli un stockage spatial avec assez de provisions pour survivre à la fin du monde. J'ai aussi retenu la leçon sur les pouvoirs — ils drainent votre force vitale, et je ne vais pas mourir deux fois pour avoir le privilège de lancer des vignes partout. Alors je suis restée à la maison, dans le manoir que je partageais avec mon tuteur et son chef de la sécurité.
