Would you give your sight... the very essence of that sense of yours...? So that never again would you be able to see again. For the simple ability to heal. Take upon the injuries of those you care for. As with a single touch. They shall be healed. Whether it be a broken limb... a bruise... or even a whole arm... nothing, not a single thing within your grasp will ever be broken. Yet when I opened my eyes... it was not the kaleidoscope of colors I knew the world as... nor the exuberant face of my sister. No, it was to this empty void. Filled only by my sense of touch. "Of course" There was no other answer that would satisfy my will. For this was my choice... and my choice alone. ... When the world was created... populated by species upon species of beings. Yet a drop here... a star that may have yet to burst. A small flap of some God's coat. For the world was given life. Life greater than others. For they could use magic. An ability so wondrous that many nations had been created and felled in the harrowed halls of libraries. Yet this ability was not equal, and neither was the strength of will. For it appeared within women, every man that was born... for every one of them, there was an equal thousand women. As for magic. A rare occurrence already, made even more rare by the gap. A change in dynamic. For there was not some great king... there was not one holy emperor. Or even a god. There was a queen... a holy empress.... a Goddess. For man's place was not on the battlefield but upon the soft ballrooms, kitchens laden with instruments of creation rather than destruction. Married into well families that cared for them like precious possessions.

Lin Feng's dream was very simple: to become a highly skilled, popular musician. To gain a firm footing in the unpredictable entertainment industry, he activated a system that, among other things, had an auxiliary function dedicated to minimizing all uncontrollable interpersonal risks. His creed consisted of only four words: emotional stability, team perpetuity. Thus, he was rational, calm, and "maintained" every relationship around him like a delicate instrument. To prevent relationships from breaking, he never disappointed anyone; for the sake of team unity, he would respond to expectations no matter how late. Years later, when he stood center stage on the world platform, looking at the former girlfriends, current girlfriends, and rumored girlfriends sitting neatly in the audience, and facing the sharp media accusations of him being the "Century Sea King" and the "Music World Bulldozer," Lin Feng clutched his guitar, his face full of weary innocence: "If I told you that, at the beginning, I honestly just wanted to prevent the band from breaking up, would you believe me?" This is the story of a completely steel straight man who, in order to practice his guitar properly, was forced to navigate the treacherous waters of a love shuraba, and who, in the end, unknowingly charmed his way through the entire entertainment industry. ~~~~ Written deliberately to feel like an authentic Chinese translated webnovel. Main Genre: Comedy

In the gritty streets of Kallzara, a small wayside town where light barely touches the alleys, Revan Sorna survives by his wits—and by magic long forbidden. With the help of a shadowy tome found in forgotten ruins beneath the city, Revan can summon shadows to deceive and distract, but such power comes with a price: shadows cannot be created from nothing, and his own is lazy and stubborn, testing his patience at every turn. Revan’s partner in crime, Cassie, is a clever con artist with a talent for ice magic and a convincing lost-girl act. Together, they make a perfect team, surviving by picking pockets, pulling cons, and running from those who would see their kind dead or worse. Tonight’s target is an easy mark: a drunken sailor leaving The Golden Pig tavern. But when Revan’s swift theft is interrupted by a brutal punch, the simple job spirals into something far more dangerous—and far more personal. As dark secrets from the ruins threaten to surface and enemies close in, Revan and Cassie must rely on their skills, their magic, and each other to survive. But in a town where shadow magic is heresy and trust is a currency rarer than gold, survival might just mean losing everything.
