the heat before the storm

Heatstroke was a disorder of the central nervous system and circulatory system caused by the body's body temperature regulation in a high temperature environment. According to its mechanism, it can be divided into heatstroke, heat spasm, and heat exhaustion. Heat exhaustion was a relatively mild form of heatstroke. It was mainly due to long-term activity in a high-temperature environment. After sweating a lot, the body lost too much salt and water, resulting in dehydration and insufficient blood circulation. There were symptoms such as hyperhidrosis, wet and cold skin, pale face, nausea, dizziness, significantly increased heart rate, low blood pressure, oliguria, etc., which could be accompanied by dizziness and syncope. The body temperature often rose but did not exceed 40 ° C. Some patients only had high body temperature in the early stage. Heat spasms are caused by excessive sweating and loss of vitamins (especially loss of Na), resulting in muscle spasms and pain. Common symptoms include muscle spasms, pain, and cramps, which mostly occur in the muscles of the limbs, masticatory muscles, and abdominal muscles (especially the calf muscle). They are symmetrical, and the body temperature is generally normal. Heatstroke was the most serious form of heatstroke. It was extremely harmful to human life and had a high mortality rate. When the body temperature is too high (more than 40 ° C), and the heat cannot be distributed through sweating and heat radiation, there will be severe central nervous system malfunction and circulatory system failure, such as high fever, loss of consciousness, convulsions, increased heart rate, breathlessness, hot and dry skin, etc. There may also be general convulsions, rhabdomyolysis, multiple organ malfunction syndrome, etc., which can easily lead to multiple organ failure. In general, heatstroke was a broad concept. Heatstroke, heat spasms, and heat exhaustion were different types. Heatstroke was the most serious. Liquid vaporizing was an heat-absorbing process. In this process, the liquid molecules would change from the liquid surface or the interior to the gaseous molecules, which required energy consumption. Therefore, it would need to absorb heat from the outside world. For example, the drying of wet clothes and the turning of water into steam were all phenomena of liquid vaporizing. These processes were accompanied by the absorption of heat. The novel " Watching the Moon on Fish Island " is equally exciting. Everyone is welcome to click and read it!

Liquefaction referred to the process of a substance changing from a gaseous state to a liquid state. This process would release heat to the outside world. In the change of state of matter, melting, vaporizing, and sublimation needed to absorb heat, while liquifying, solidifying, and condensing needed to emit heat. The heat of reaction refers to the heat released or absorbed by a chemical reaction under constant pressure and without any non-expansion work. If the temperature of the product returns to the initial temperature of the reagent, the system will release or absorb heat. When the heat of reaction is less than 0, it is an exhalation process, that is, the value of the heat of reaction is equal to the amount of heat released (at this time, the amount of heat released is positive); when the heat of reaction is greater than 0, it is an absorption process. At this time, the reaction absorbs heat instead of releasing heat. In short, the heat of the reaction was a representation of the amount of heat released (the values were equal, but the signs were opposite). Read more exciting novels for free

The symptoms of lung heat may include coughing, expectoration (dry, sticky, yellow, or even bloodshot phlegm), suffocation, fever, fear of cold, dry mouth and sore throat, etc.; Stomach heat may cause heartburn, stomach pain, acid aversion, bad breath, yellow and thick tongue coating, easy to vomit and other symptoms. For lung heat, it is necessary to nourish yin and moisten the lung. When evil qi invades the deep part of the lung and turns into heat, it can nourish yin and nourish the lung, moisten dryness and cough. For example, refer to Yiqi Bufei Soup. For gastric heat and acid aversion, to purge fire and clear the stomach, you can refer to Quresheng Stomach Soup. In addition, it was best to quit smoking and drinking in life. Don't eat spicy food, eat more fruits and vegetables, and drink more water. If there was an increase in white blood cells and C-reaction protein in the lung fever, it might be a bacteria infection. Treatment such as amoxicillin-clavulanate, flurazuron, and cephem could be given. Read more exciting novels for free

In the storm, the trees stood upright against the strong wind, as if they were fighting against the power of nature. The tree branches swayed in the wind, making a mournful whistling sound, as if they were describing their tenacity and persistence. The trees were unyielding. No matter if the wind blew or the branches were broken, they never gave up. With their tenacity and persistence, they became many examples in our lives.

During a storm, we should take some measures to ensure our safety. First of all, we should close the doors and windows and reinforce the outdoor items to prevent them from being blown down or causing damage. In addition, we should avoid going out during heavy rains, especially in mountainous areas or areas prone to flash floods. If we must go out, we should watch the sky. If the clouds grow dark and level, with lightning and thunder, then a storm may be coming. In this case, we should find a safe shelter as soon as possible and stay away from areas where floods or landslides may occur. In addition, we should also avoid throwing garbage and debris into the drainage facilities to prevent blockages from causing flooding. In short, we should be vigilant and take appropriate precautions to ensure our own safety during a storm.

Scratching the skin during heatstroke was a traditional folk physitherapy method. The method of operation was to apply a sand treatment medium (such as grease) on the place where the technique was performed. The practitioner flexed his five fingers and instantly exerted force with the second finger of his index finger and middle finger to pull up the skin and muscles of the place where the technique was performed. Then, he slid outward and released them. This process was repeated repeatedly, and a continuous "pa pa" sound was emitted. After performing the same operation on the same part for about 6 - 7 times, the skin of the part that was pulled up would have spots. This method is often used on the Yintang point or the neck. Through benign stimulation, it can fully play the role of Ying and Wei Qi, so that the meridians and acupoints are congested, improve local micro-circulation, eliminate evil, dredge the meridians, expel wind and cold, or clear heat and reduce fire. However, scratching was not a scientific, effective and safe treatment method. There were risks of infection, skin damage, and local inflammation.
